Cody’s Belly Bites was born during the COVID-19 pandemic when I converted a van into a mobile kitchen, delivering fresh, homemade meals to frontline workers across Chicago. Even after opening and closing a restaurant while pregnant during uncertain times, I kept going. What began as affordable meal plates in underserved communities grew into a full-service private chef and catering company operating from a licensed commercial kitchen. Today, we cater weddings, corporate events, and intimate gatherings with heart, excellence, and purpose — always serving food made with love.

Launched in 2020, Tricky Foods continues to delight customers with tasty charcuterie and artistic food displays. We have cute charcuterie cups for individuals, boxes, and a variety of platters (brunch, charcuterie, fruit, veggie, caprese skewer) that are perfect for cocktail hours and getting ready before the wedding too! We have provided grazing tables for 20-2,000 people, with 40+ items, that will WOW the eyes of your guests and fill their bellies! Girl's Got Balls was born in the middle of a pandemic (because if we can survive that, we can survive anything). In July 2020, Chef Shauna (Fetterman) Lehde started slinging risotto balls under a tent just to get the name out there. Fast forward a year and boom-the food truck rolled in. By 2022, Shauna's sister-in-law Carrie Jones joined the adventure, bringing double the sass and twice the hustle. Together, we took on Food Network's Great Food Truck Race-and while equipment failures knocked us out, our spirit never wavered. Since then, we've kept serving, teaching, and even mentoring students about what it really takes to run a food truck.

The founder of India House, Jagmohan Jayara, has always wished to serve society with food that touches the soul and brings to life the Indian culture. To fulfill his dreams, he opened up India House Restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois in 1993. Our Schaumburg location is now a banquet and catering facility.
