“Thomas and his team were wonderful for our wedding in December! Right from the start he was super helpful to give us all the information and didn't sugar coat anything. I will say I was a little suspicious at first when he said "I can do any style you want" I know some photographers only stick to certain styles. And with our wedding being in Sturbridge MA I was expecting a travel fee. But he wanted us to make sure that he was a professional, he keeps things fair all across the board. Thomas is also super quick when it comes to messaging! If I had any questions he would respond rather quickly. He surpassed my expectations with how accommodating him and his team were when working with us, even changing our minds about packages and addon's only a couple weeks out. On the actually day of the wedding, Thomas and his team were truly our hype men! Even when I was getting ready with my bridesmaids he was in on all of our jokes and making us laugh. While I was getting ready, I heard that the groomsmen and my husband were having the best time getting all the group photos of them. I can not recommend this team enough!”

“Julia is truly the BEST photographer out there and she makes everyone look SO GOOD!! We booked her for both our engagement session and our wedding because we loved her so much! She is so skillful at finding beautiful angles and working with natural lighting, and she was great at directing us with suggested poses that didn’t look forced or unnatural. She was also really easy to work with: we met up beforehand to communicate our vision and discuss the kinds of photographs that we wanted for the engagement session and we did that again for our wedding. On our wedding day Julia brought her husband Leo who is also a photographer to assist her and they came early in the morning to begin taking scenery photos, details, and other things while the rest of us got ready. She was there with us throughout the entire day all the way til the end of the evening and she went out with us to take some sunset photos in the middle of the reception, which turned out so beautifully! Finally, Julia was super prompt at sending us the final photographs, which I know she worked hard on because there were A LOT! “Celia! What a wonderful photographer for our wedding. Prompted to our initial email, easy going in our zoom call, and easily integrated into our families during the wedding. She absolutely captured all of the fun throughout the day all by herself. She did the work of three people in one. So many fun photos of us partying, getting ready and goofing off (my husband not having shoes, and a photo of his socked foot? Makes me cackle to this day), and the joyous occasion of just not a wedding - but the unity of friends and family. “My husband and I booked Blacktie Brothers as our videographer for our wedding in October 2023, and we could not have been more pleased. Mitchell, myself, and both of our families were SO impressed by your team at our wedding. On the day of our wedding, there were quite a few challenges to making the day go as smoothly as I had hoped, mainly the rain caused us to have to move our ceremony inside. The wedding coordinator associated with the venue did not follow up on a few of the tasks she had agreed to doing, namely being present during the photo session to make sure I was comfortable and hydrated. The entire media team at Blacktie Brothers stepped in and handled it so professionally, even getting me water when I felt faint from all of the commotion. Our day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it had without the help Blacktie Brothers gave us. We opted for the raw footage package, so we received an edited movie of our wedding as well as all the raw footage of our day on a thumb drive. The movie they made is amazing. The song they chose for the ceremony portion of the movie was a special choice— the lyrics reflected some aspects of our story as a couple. It was so thoughtfully crafted and makes me cry whenever I see it! The team was responsive and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. Any question or concern we had was met with a genuine, timely response. The movie and the raw footage is now something we can have and share for the rest of our lives, and they so beautifully preserved the memory of our day. I have already recommended them to some friend getting married in upstate NY next year. Blacktie Brothers goes above and beyond, and was hands down one of our best vendors.”

“Look no further! Claire is, by far, the most professional and reasonably priced wedding photographer in the Tristate Area. She was recommended to me by a very close friend who is also a wedding photographer. Claire started out as her assistant, but assistant she is no more! She is great at what she does and is extremely personable. We met for a drink and within 1min I knew she was who we would go with. She is calm, organized, friendly and good at her job! What more could you ask for? Besides our wedding coordinator, Claire was the one who made our wedding happen. Her timelines and schedule helped the day move along smoothly, she made sure we took great sunset beach pictures and (thankfully) convinced me to do a first look so we didn't completely miss our cocktail hour. We had 260 guests, most of them being family members, which would not be an easy task for anyone. Claire was professional and helpful and somehow it all worked out perfectly. The turnaround was very quick; we were able to make Christmas cards out of pictures she took less than 2 months before. We are still using her website to order prints (which come out beautifully btw) and will continue to do so! We are so thankful that this part of our wedding turned out as amazing as it did. Photos can make or break a day, and ours was a homerun!”

“We had our wedding in California and Edgar flew out and helped make our day so memorable! We didn't know him before and didn't end up doing an engagement shoot (so I was a little nervous) but he absolutely nailed it. His photos are stunning (I've gotten a TON of compliments on them), he is extremely communicative, and he had a bunch of photos ready to go by the end of the wedding. Both me and my husband aren't great at posing for photos and he knew exactly how to place us without it feeling faked. Super easy to work with and just a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!”
