“Having great food was my husband's number one priority for the wedding. We happen to be vegan and unfortunately if you filter by that here you can see that what many caterer's mean by "we offer vegan food" is "we will make a plate of spaghetti with nothing else for your one vegan guest" and that is the opposite of what we got with Seed Sprout and Spoon. They went above and beyond with our menu! They sent us their menu and we were able to work with them to alter dishes that fit our needs. They can do buffet or plated, we went with buffet because we only had a guest list of about 50 people. For cocktail hour we opted for a pretzel bar with four different dips. Our main meal was a nice hearty salad with fruit and nuts, a creamy polenta with bolognese made with Beyond meat, an absolutely delicious white (cashew cream) lasagna with kale, roasted asparagus, an eggplant/bell pepper caponata, and an assorted bread basket. For dessert we had a cake from another vendor but wanted additional dessert for people who aren't into cake and we went with some mini fruit tarts. Finally we also had our plates/glasses provided by them and they have a beautiful collection of mismatched tableware. Pretty much everyone went back for seconds and I don't think we had a single guest who we saw/spoke to over the next couple of days who didn't comment on how this was some of the best food they've ever had a wedding period. Not just good for vegan food but all around great!”

“The entire experience with Olive Co was top notch! We contacted Olivia a few months back and were able to snag them up to do our wedding reception. They delivered! I was blown away and so were my guests. It was everything we could of ever hoped for! I also have to say the communication was far beyond anything my other vendors provided. Olivia said she would be available anytime and my 11pm and sometimes 1 am texts always got responded to. She was on it, and I love her for giving me peace of mind. Not only did the food rock BUT I opted to do our own plates (I had a vision) and forgot them at the airbnb 40 minutes away from our venue. Olivia got in her emergency bag and saved the day! She also helped out other vendors on site who were late! I just can't say enough good things and can't wait to use Olive Co at our next event. “Callier's is outstanding! Due to Covid, my daughters wedding was changed 3 times -and we ended up having 50 guests for the reception in our backyard. Catherine and Abby were so kind and patient, helping us navigate through the details for each wedding change. When we decided to have the reception in our backyard, Catherine and Abby came to our house to look at our house setup to determine what they needed and talked me through all of the details. The reception dinner and backyard setup was beyond perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, and the table setup was beautiful. Catherine and Abby figured out all that we needed, ordered it for us, and set up the most beautiful dinner tables. They also setup a gorgeous champagne arrangement that awed the guests as they arrived. Everyone received appetizers, drink refills, salad and meals in a timely manner and the plating was gorgeous!! The staff was very attentive to our guests. Some of our guests told us they felt they were in a Hallmark movie! We cannot thank the Callier's staff, Catherine and Abby enough for everything they did to make our daughter's outdoor wedding a dream! Callier's provided outstanding personalized service, a friendly and attentive staff, truly delicious food and the dream team of Catherine and Abby to work with. They were incredibly easy to work with throughout the planning process and very responsive to emails and calls, making sure we had all of our questions answered. For a smaller guest count like ours, their prices were very reasonable and allowed us to serve high quality barbecue without breaking the bank. “Truly a hidden gem! When we first went to tour the venue, we were a little uncertain from the front parking lot. The entrance is very unassuming. Do not let that deter you! Once you enter the hall you are greeted with a beautiful space! From the black and white floors, the amazingly ornate wooden bar along the dance floor, the lounge areas, the fireplace and the perfect mood lighting, the hall is an absolute dream! The staff is amazing from the beginning of planning until after your big day. Incredibly friendly, and responsive and just all around great to work with. Hendri’s also offers their own catering, and they provided a wonderful meal that was complimented by many of our guests throughout the night. Even if you have another venue, I would suggest checking out Hendri’s for catering as they also cater offsite.
