I loved All Set Events! We used their day of coordinator and DJ service. It was very important to me that the DJ be bilingual and Eden my DOC found someone good for me. She was great with communication and responded to all my questions in a timely manner leading up to the wedding. The DJ Isaiah was great and played a mixture of Spanish and english songs and my guests were impressed with him. 100000% recommend!!!

We hired Jazmyn for month of coordination & day of coordination. I cannot explain the value, organization & peace of mind Jazmyn brought to the table for us. She was always SO responsive to emails and questions, was flexible to our schedule for calls and meetings, and made wedding day go seamlessly. She picked up on small details and planned for things we hadn't thought of. She communicated with our vendors in ways I didn't even realize, and was always two steps ahead. Multiple people on wedding day told me how helpful and awesome she was! She was patient and kind to all questions, calm and collected in times of (my) stress, and truly a friend to me in the planning process. I wanted to *just* be a bride on wedding day and not have to worry about vendor arrivals, setup/teardown, emergencies, etc. She handled everything with such professionalism, efficiency and grace. We even hired her for our rehearsal dinner which was absolutely worth it!! If you are worried about the details of your day and want to hand it off to someone you can 100% trust- Jazmyn is your girl!!!!!! Additionally- we used Jazmyn's content creation team for wedding day which was 10/10 worth it! I didn't think I would care about having behind the scenes videos/photos, but it was so special to wake up with 500 videos on my phone from wedding day. Our full photo gallery will take a couple months so it's nice to have those items to look back on in the meantime! It would be a great option for someone not wanting to invest in a true videography team.

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

They worked great with all of our vendors and all of our guests were impressed with their team!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marissa as our wedding coordinator for our big day at Paradise Ridge Winery on May 18, 2024. From the very beginning, we knew Marissa would be a great fit for us. She was incredibly responsive, understood our budget, and anticipated our needs, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Her kind and caring nature made it easy for us to build rapport with her, and she quickly gained our trust by offering thoughtful suggestions to help us stay within our budget while still making our wedding everything we hoped for. Marissa did a fantastic job explaining the planning timeline, which allowed us to see what was coming months in advance. This helped us stay on track and be well-prepared for upcoming deadlines. She worked closely with a variety of vendors and gave us with insights and recommendations that aligned with our preferences and our wedding theme/vibe. When we faced a small issue with a vendor, Marissa was there to advocate for us, finding quick solutions that relieved us of unnecessary stress. One aspect of working with Marissa that we loved most was her openness to our ideas, especially when we wanted incorporate cultural elements into our wedding. Whether it was the late-night ramen bar, hand-folded origami flowers, or engraved chopsticks as gift favors, Marissa ensured these touches were integrated tastefully and seamlessly. She respected our vision and made sure everything looked elegant and fun. On the day of our wedding, Marissa went out of her way to show up for us and make the experience unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for everything Marissa did for us, and we will undoubtedly recommend her to all our friends and family.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
