“Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! “Shanna is fantastic at what she does! Shanna helped me organize my wedding trip to Costa Rica and helped insure my guests had an enjoyable stay. From day one Shanna was communicative about the level of services she offered from helping secure a room block to assisting in planning the entire wedding! I had Shanna help me contact Planet Hollywood Resort in Costa Rica and asked to have 20 rooms reserved for my guests. Shanna got a contract from the hotel and walked me through all of the wording and what I was signing for. I felt safe knowing that Shanna was looking out for mine and my guests best interests. Shanna also allowed my guests to have flexible payment options, so they had plenty of time to pay off their trip before leaving. Shanna also set up a website where my guests could download all of their travel documents and important paperwork, and could easily contact her via the app if they had any questions or concerns. She was very prompt with her replies and my guests really appreciated that. When my husband and I originally booked our stay, we opted for a junior suite room as it was more affordable and we figured it wouldn’t be used too often. Shanna offered us an upgraded room to Star Class (which is a luxury suite) for no additional charge! The room was better than we could ever have imagined. So spacious and the bathroom was a dream! My husband used our room with his groomsmen for them to get ready before the wedding and they had plenty of space for pictures, snacking and hanging out! The night before our wedding we had organize a bbq on the beach for our guests. With the weather turning and becoming quite windy we were told we would need to move it indoors. Without hesitation, once Shanna received this note from the resort she contacted our guests through the app to make them aware of the change in location. This helped my husband and myself immensely, as we didn’t have to worry about reaching out to guests ourselves to let them know about the venue change. From start to finish I never had any doubt that I would enjoy my trip. I am eternally grateful for Shanna’s expertise and thoughtfulness. She truly cares about her brides and does a terrific job.”
