Hello there! My name is Kenyetta Ross, it all started on April 20th, 2013. Just days before my son's second birthday, my aunt who was supposed to make his birthday cake fell ill. I didn't panic. I got busy in the kitchen and created a cake that looked like a huge two-scoop ice cream cone. I followed a recipe I found on a cone-shaped pan that I discovered at a baking supply store. I got an order for another cake that same day. That was the start of a side business that became my main business!
