“We hired Kristin as our month-of coordinator for our 85 person wedding at the Grand Hyatt Vail in July 2025. From the very first phone call, Kristin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.”

“JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. “Wow…that’s all we can say about Dawn & the entire Sage & Oak team. Our entire wedding planning process from start to finish was stressful to say the least as we chose a venue that was very DIY. We chose to go with Dawn and her middle tier which was the slightly hands on planning & day of coordination plus we added on her table scape package as well. (this severely undersells all that she puts into this package). We had the pleasure of meeting with her around 4-5 times throughout the year and she essentially kept us on track with what we needed to be focusing on at each stage. She did so much more than that though; she kept us sane throughout the entire process! She ensured that we were on the right track and we were in a good place, kept us organized & helped us feel prepared for the day of our wedding. In terms of the day of coordination, Dawn and her two assistants Brooke & Alex were absolute angels. They made my husband and I feel light and airy the day of, like we didn’t have a thing to worry about. Brooke even helped with my bustle. Dawn did a beautiful job on the set up and made our vision come to life. Alex helped with the table set up and so many other things. We cant express how much this team did to make sure our day was perfect. Our tables looked absolutely beautiful and so did our ceremony space, bar & welcome table. This day seriously could not have happened without Sage Oak’s coordination and support. They kept us on track for our timeline and made sure everyone had a wonderful time. “My (now) husband and I had the incredible pleasure of finding Skylight in Denver, CO and had our wedding there on April 13, 2025. First, let me start by saying we had the most amazing experience working with the Skylight staff. From start to finish, every single person at Skylight was so sweet, welcoming, and patient, we were in such great hands!! We went in person for a intro meeting and after every question I had written down were answered without skipping a beat and we sent our deposit online. It's a very DIY space and the rental was for a full 24 hours. So we had the confidence going into it that after the wedding was over we could come the next morning to grab our belongings. Once we started getting more into planning and booking the rest of our vendors we realized we were barely treading water and needed help. Thankfully, Skylight offers planning services and we were able to book the wonderful Sophie Shinn to be our Month of Coordinator. Starting two months out from our date, she helped us handle our ceremony & reception layout, answering any and all questions we had, helped recommend any vendors we didn't have booked yet at a great price, collected the COIs from our vendors, an amazing timeline for the entire day, set up all of our personal decor we brought in, orchestrated both of our immediate families for a smooth and quick ceremony rehearsal, and managed the whole day of the wedding with ease. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am to Sophie and the rest of the Skylight staff that helped bring our wedding vision to life. I seriously cannot think of one thing I would have changed or done differently. Without their help, I don't think I would have been as stress-free as I was on my wedding day. Sophie listened to all of our wishes and made it a reality, she seriously knocked it out of the park!! Also, we had an all vegan wedding, with WongWayVeg (an all vegan food truck) already on Skylights list of preferred vendors, we were thrilled. We had an indoor buffet (in case the April weather wasn't in our favor) and had Green Bus Cafe as our coffee bus outside for a coffee hour after dinner. The outside set up cocktail tables were perfect for people to step out back and relax to some cooler weather before heading back in for dancing with market lights set up inside and out. Rex from Discosapien (our DJ) kept the good vibes going with our premade playlists for every section of the night to perfection. We loved the look of Skylights wood tables and metal chairs, that we based our look around it. We went with a wildflower theme and had the tables decorated with cheesecloth, faux greenery, rechargeable lamps, and mix and match bud vases. We used Skylights in house beverage service for drinks (so convenient!) and even got their in house photo booth, draping, and rented their mobile wall. Everything looked absolutely incredible seeing our vision come to life and hearing our guest rave about how excellent and beautiful everything was. Did I mention that the amazing staff also tore down and boxed up all of our decor the night of the wedding so the next morning all we had to do was load it into our cars? 1000/10 recommend booking your wedding, next event, or party at Skylight!!! Thanks again to Sophie and the incredible Skylight staff for absolutely making our wedding day perfect. We can't wait for the professional photos to come in so I can add them to this post!! Eternally grateful, The Weiseners.”

We knew we only needed day of coordination, but Brie was there to support and communicate any time leading up to the wedding which we thought was super generous and rare for a day-of package. Each check in call we had with her felt professional and efficient (her many years of experience and training probably plays a big role in this!) She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and an all around great energy to be around both when planning, and the day of the event. On the wedding day, when inevitable hiccups happened- Brie responded quickly by presenting solutions.
