    the only planners you will need

    The team at House of Pheras was incredible to work with from Day 1. They handled everything, from coordinating and sourcing vendors for us that aligned with our vision, even managing family expectations. Their planning team remained so calm and collected even when we had issues with the resort we had booked in Mexico. All of our guests were amazed at how everything came togetehr. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, our wedding will be remembered by us and our guests for a lifetime and we are so grateful for their hard work in making our special day truly unforgettable.

    day of coordination, amazing to work with!

    We hired house of pheras as our day of coordinator for our wedding and they were so sweet, helpful and amazing! We had so many moving parts (three outfit changes, an entirely separate tea ceremony during cocktail hour, ceremony-to-reception flip, 12 different vendors) and yet they managed them all with grace and allowed every thing to occur without a beautifully. They even stayed until the very end to make sure all of our stuff was packed and our guests made it on to their shuttles back to the hotel. I highly recommend this team for all things wedding related! Wish we had hired them sooner as our full wedding planners.

We also navigated a unique situation: our venue was still under construction when we booked it, so we were essentially planning alongside an evolving space. The HOP team handled this with grace, flexibility, and steady confidence, helping us adjust and make thoughtful decisions as the venue came together. Throughout the process, they were not just our planner — she was a calming, supportive presence who genuinely understood what mattered most to us. Our wedding was planned in under 8 months, yet nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming. The attention to detail, organization, and care shown to both us and our family made all the difference.
