Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

“We had an incredible experience having our wedding at Greenock Manor. We decided a small, 25 person micro-wedding was what we wanted and could afford and Chanel & Jim pulled it off flawlessly and threw everything they had into making sure our day was as magical as possible. From beginning to end Chanel made sure we knew what was happening, kept all our needs and requests in mind and created such a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere during the ceremony & reception. We recommend everyone we know to go here if you’re looking for the perfect wedding! My family kept saying how incredibly impressed they were with Greenock’s beauty and Chanel’s charisma and hostess abilities! Together Chanel and Jim make a dream team, Chanel orchestrated the whole event while Jim officiated and DJ’ed - it wasn’t easy either with a guest list full of non-English speaking family as well! The wedding suite was also the highlight of the night, it was so nice to just finally kick off our shoes in the end without anything to worry about and soak in the jacuzzi to melt our worries away! Chanel’s recommendations for vendors was the best as well, the catering (onsite next door!) was out of this world on top of it all!”

“Julie, Scott, and their team made our wedding day perfect. From the first site visit and throughout the planning process, they were amazing communicators. The venue has gorgeous outdoor spaces for the ceremony and cocktail reception. The indoor space is flexible for a reception with a dance floor. There are chairs for both the ceremony and reception as well as tables. We chose to have a June wedding and when the temps entered the upper 90s, we were grateful for the A/C reception space. Even better, there are two suites that the wedding party can use to make for a seamless process getting ready. We enjoyed our experience so very much. Lastly, the bathrooms there were also excellent and let’s be real, that’s a crucial component for any good party.”

“When planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to prioritize spending as much time as possible with family and friends. We had 130 guests and 80 guests stayed with us in cabins. The location in Charlottesville also allowed easy access for guests who preferred to stay in a hotel. Tina was fantastic to work with and met us on two different Saturdays prior to the wedding so we could look at the venue. Shuttling guests from parking to the top of camp was much easier than we expected. We really enjoyed having full use of the dining hall where we ate breakfasts and lunches, and being able to use many of the camp amenities was awesome (picnic tables, fire pit, previous wedding goods, etc) The campfire circle with benches, pavilion, and an open space for cocktail hour are all very close together making for smooth transitions throughout the day. Our band was able to set up in the Pavilion and sounded awesome, and there was plenty of parking for catering as well. If you are looking for a camp-y wedding, we absolutely recommend Camp Holiday Trails.”

“We had an absolutely incredible wedding at Eastwood in September of 2024. The views are stunning, the tent is so special and you cannot beat the location. Highly, highly recommend. The team at Eastwood is spectacular! Emma's partnership and guidance throughout the process was unparalleled. She took us up to the tent/terrace several times (more times than she needed to) as we figured out our vision for the wedding. Having the cottage on location was incredibly helpful. We were not only able to get organized in the days leading up, but also had a space for people to gather / our flower girls were able to sneak down and go down to bed a bit early too. We are so thrilled that we had our wedding at Eastwood!”

“Bellair Farm was the perfect rustic, casual, and relaxed venue for our wedding day. The rural setting provided a gorgeous, natural backdrop for our celebration, with plenty of room for our family and friends to spread out and enjoy the live band playing old time music, the square dance, and the barbecue buffet in the barn. The kids had a blast running around, playing in the sandboxes, and blowing bubbles. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, laid-back setting to tie the knot. They generously let us store some of our flowers, food, and beer in their large walk-in cooler. Our caterer was able to set up in a closed off space in the barn that was out of site. Highly recommend Bellair Farm for any couple who is doing a DIY wedding event and looking for understated natural beauty and a relaxed setting that is kid-friendly.”

“The wedding was absolutely wonderful and exactly what my daughter wanted. All our guests were well taken care of and had a great time. Mary was our coordinate and she was fantastic to work with. She helped keep us on track with all of our vendors. The wedding was before the sunset and it was pretty bright out for our guests but it was perfect for the wedding party and for pictures. We had rented a tent in case of foul weather which thankfully didn't happen. We had a cocktail hour under the tent during pictures, dinner under the wisteria and used the pavilion for dancing. I was a tad nervous about a guest count of around 125 but it worked beautifully!”

Tiffin Farm is a small, regenerative farm in Free Union, Virginia. Originally built in the late 1970s, the newly renovated barn is a grand and inviting location for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Today, Tiffin Farm continues to be a working farm as we raise a herd of Red Devon cattle and steward the land. With abundant natural lighting, the barn is immersed in the center of the farm with views to the Blue Ridge mountains, our pond, and surrounding pasture. Guests are able to watch the sunset over the Blue Ridge while seated during the reception. Just steps from the barn, the Ceremony Lawn is framed by quintessential Virginia views and is equipped with power outlets for a hassle-free ceremony.
