“Ally was without a doubt the most important piece to our wedding!! She was so important during the planning process and brought up so many good tips and tricks I would never have thought about. She gave us a perfect timeline to work from and allowed us to go about our day blissfully happy while keeping us on track with everything we had planned. We had a lot of moving parts on our day including lots of DIY decor, desserts, flowers as well as setting up a champagne tower and coordinating our guests here and there for our first dance on an outside dock - she made it all happen! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! “Our wedding would not have been as great had we not had Mia helping us with the timeline of the event. We got married in Cartagena Colombia and our Colombian wedding planner failed to properly plan our wedding. With a number of vendors asking us a week before the wedding for specifics, Mia came through. Mia met with us and helped us plan our wedding day minute by minute. The timeline she gave us was so detailed that everything went smoothly without having a planner present. The vendors in Colombia were impressed with the amount of detail they were given in the timeline. Mia also guided us and offered us her advise on the amount of time we should leave for pictures, listing the names and number of people we’d take pictures with, etc. the timeline was so organized that we had no stress on our wedding day. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. When one vendor was eating with our guests inappropriately, she documented that for me to help with getting a refund. She made sure that our vendors also got food too. The way that her team moved efficiently to set up the event was amazing and they were thorough enough to make sure that we didn't get a cleaning invoice.
