I would give 500 stars if I could!! Let me preface by saying I did not hire a planner so I was planning our wedding totally by myself. It was so hard and stressful until I met Mary Anna! She helped me SO much. I can without a doubt say I would not have had such a gorgeous and flawless wedding without her. Mary Anna single-handedly made sure our wedding day went by smoothly and perfectly!! Even when the inevitable things went wrong (as I’m sure they always do), she solved them quickly (and beautifully)! Mary Anna will do literally ANYTHING in her power to make sure your day ends up exactly as you want it! She is absolutely the person you want in your corner on your big day. I was so extremely stressed out the entire morning of and while she was busy literally putting the wedding together, she still found time to come up and check on me several times. She reminded me about important things I might forget, made sure we had drinks brought to us as soon as the ceremony was wrapped up, and somehow she wrangled all the rowdy groomsmen and got them in line! I think the thing I’m most upset about is now that it’s over I don’t get to talk to her anymore— I truly felt like she was my best friend! I could go on and on about how phenomenal she was but I will leave it at this: If you want someone who is truly in your corner and actually cares about you and your wedding— Mary Anna is your girl. She will stop at nothing to make sure your day is absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend her enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARY ANNA!!

We worked with Mel as our coordinator, and she was wonderful to work with, she understood our vision and executed it by properly managing our wedding day. I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
