Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

We also have designed bridal suite for brides and their bridal parties to enjoy. For corporate events, we have the option to add on break out rooms and conference spaces at the Command Center, just steps from Building 177. Building 177 hosts up to 425 guests for a seated reception, 500 for theatre style, and 750 guests for a cocktail style party.
