Our Dream Wedding
Lisa truly made our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. She took the time to go over every single detail with us and made sure nothing was overlooked, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Lisa went above and beyond in every way possible. She made sure all of our vendors stayed on schedule, handled any behind-the-scenes details seamlessly, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and be present, knowing everything was in great hands. What truly stood out was the way she added thoughtful personal touches that made our day feel even more special and unique to us. It wasn’t just about coordination—it was clear she genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We are so incredibly grateful for Lisa and everything she did for us. We truly couldn’t have pulled off such a beautiful and stress-free wedding without her. If you are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what they do, we cannot recommend Lisa enough!

Wedding planning through wedgewood was the best experience I could have hoped for. The sales team does an amazing job of listening to the needs of the couple to explain the packages so we can decide which would be the best fit for us. We went with the elite package because it meant all I needed to focus on was adding a personalized touch through decorations and little extras while the heavy lifting things like catering, bar, support staff, setup and breakdown service was in capable hands with the University Club team who guided me through the process. The package also included services through their preferred vendors. We loved our 3-tier cake from The Couture Cakery and classic florals Olivia’s Mum. Rodrigo at Blue Heart really brought the party through cocktail hour and reception. To top it off, the elite package also included a spending allowance to the Wedgewood web-store where we ordered beautiful invitations, personalized envelopes and stamps, programs, a cake topper, and some his&her merch! The university club team is professional and attentive, always available to answer my questions through text, phone, and email. Whether I needed dance floor dimensions or vendor suggestions, they always provided expert support. Regular scheduled meetings and timelines helped us prepare for our special day and feel completely taken care of. We are so lucky to have worked with Lisa from the very beginning and have her support throughout the planning process and lead our special day. I have to share a special thanks to Brianna from the sales team who went above and beyond to help me fix my makeup I cried off, TRULY AN ANGEL. I would also like to thank Brianna the banquet captain who made sure I always had a drink in hand, helped recover my bouquet after I tossed it a little too high and got stuck.

Best all inclusive venue
The University Club by Wedgewood Weddings made planning our wedding from out of state incredibly smooth. Their team responded quickly to every question. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about organizing or corralling people because everything was already set up and running like clockwork. The venue itself is beautiful and clean, and we were impressed by how reasonable and all inclusive their pricing was. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a convenient and reliable venue. Lisa was the best day of coordinator and we got to be fully present and enjoy our day without worrying about any logistics. We loved all our recommended vendors (Blue Heart Entertainment, Corey with Weddings by LMP, Patty’s Cakes, Juno Bee Charcuterie) and have no regrets about the best day ever!

Amazing Experience!
Getting married at the University Club was an amazing experience! The coordinator that we worked with, Lisa, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The whole team was able to answer our questions quickly when we emailed or called. The planning sessions were very thorough, and Lisa asked what we wanted for every detail. She was also able to provide helpful suggestions when we asked her if we were unsure about something. They coordinated our vendors, including florist, DJ, and baker, which all went smoothly. Lisa and the team at University Club set up all of our decor the day of the wedding. Lisa guided our families through the rehearsal and processional perfectly. On the day of the wedding, we felt like we didn't have to worry about anything because the team had everything under control. It was an amazing day and experience. We had about 85 people, and the location was the perfect size. We're still getting compliments from friends and family about the beautiful venue, delicious food, and fun vibe. We got the Elite package for a Monday wedding in late December. We believe the cost was well worth it, considering other venues would be much more expensive for possibly lesser value. We'd highly recommend University Club by Wedgewood for your wedding!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!
The team at Wedgewood’s University Club—especially Lisa, Seth, Brianna, and Chris—was truly phenomenal from start to finish. They were kind, quick, and endlessly supportive throughout planning, always ready with answers and reassurance. Lisa Richcreek guided our rehearsal with warmth and confidence, then brought our wedding-day vision to life with flawless décor, calming care, and incredible attention to detail. She and Seth treated us like royalty, greeting us after the ceremony with champagne, delicious appetizers, and the sweetest touches—including photos from our recessional and a surprise sparkler moment during our first dance that left us with unforgettable memories. The food was outstanding, the staff attentive, and our guests are still raving about the entire experience. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and we are forever grateful to Lisa, Seth, Brianna, Chris, and the entire University Club team for making it truly magical.
