DeJong Emotion Cinematography. De Jong is a man who loves life. Plain-Simple Sincere-Delicate Environment-Harmony. We try our best to shoot films that carry scent of human. We are immersed in making film of humanity. All my crewmembers are musicians, writers and travelers. We are not merely a group of people who pursue excellence in video technology; we are a group of human beings that yearns to play “lifesongs”. We create films that embrace the value of life and the value of humanity.

I started out as a camera operator. I mainly shot people and I especially focused on capturing their emotions. Capturing emotions plays a vital role in storytelling because emotions and conflicts that derive from these emotions are the hallmark of storytelling. “No conflict, No story” (Mark Batterson) Observing these human emotions through lenses is very fascinating.

    Are you debating whether you should hire a videographer for your wedding? 1. It's so worth! 2. You should book with Dejong Film! Our experience with Dejong Film was so smooth and professional during the planning process and the day of the wedding. I have already watched our wedding film so many times and am reliving each of the beautiful moments they were able to capture and skillfully put together. I am quite picky and particular about many things, but the film was so well-made that I had no complaints whatsoever. I have seen many wedding videos be subpar at most, but the quality of work Dejong Film provides will not disappoint and will exceed your expectations!! Book with them asap!

    Highly recommend Dejong Film

    This is a long overdue review for Dejong Film. They were my wedding videographers last year, and I can't recommend them enough. I'm able to relive the wedding day whenever I watch the film that Sinae Kwon, the producer, created. I gave little guidance besides asking for drone shots, and they delivered everything perfectly. Sinae Kwon and Sunmin Park were the videographers that day. Both were very professional and hard working. You can tell how dedicated they are to their work. They captured the big moments as well as the beautiful small moments that happened throughout the wedding.

    Loved our wedding video!

    Dejong Film did such an AMAZING job on our wedding video!!! They were able to capture every beautiful moment of our special day. Every scene felt so intentional, and their music selection was perfection. I consider myself a very picky person (my husband can attest to that haha) but dejong film has really exceeded my expectations and beyond. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have chosen dejong film to capture our wedding day. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and kind. There was an edit that I wished to make on our toast video. The producer (Sinae) was able to get back to me with the changes in a short amount of time. She's wonderful. Trust me when I say this, you will not regret having Dejong Film!! Thank you so much again

    Best in class videographer!

    The team at dejong were a real pleasure to work with. They were our videographer for our wedding and I would recommend them highly. They were extremely professional, easy to work with and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were so accommodating as well and we are so thankful to them for proving us with such great video footage from our wedding. The memories will last a lifetime. The quality was on another level and was expertly shot and edited. I would recommend them highly for the quality of their work, their flexibility, how accommodating they were and how professional they were.
