Elegant Celebration at The Chateau Grande Hotel

We had our wedding here this September , and I truly cannot say enough—if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This venue and team delivered not just a wedding, but the best experience of our lives.

As someone who’s worked in the service industry for years, I’m very detail-oriented. The Chateau Grande and Orchard Park team went above and beyond in every way. We originally chose the venue because it was close to home and fit our vision for a smaller wedding. What we didn’t expect was a world-class experience that our family and friends are still raving about.

From the start, everything was handled with transparency and care. Hope, our sales manager, planner, and overall therapist, set the tone for the whole journey. I had never planned a wedding before, and she gave me the gift of letting go. Hope is that rare mix of expert, realist, and creative partner. She helped shape our ideas, made sure our vision came to life, and executed every detail with precision. Even after a weekend full of events, she stayed on-site making sure everything ran smoothly. You’d never know she had other weddings—she made ours feel like the only one. That level of dedication is priceless.

The hotel suite was another highlight—spacious, comfortable, and clearly designed with brides in mind.

Neesh, our event coordinator, was phenomenal—kind, responsive, and organized. She personally contacted each of our vendors and confirmed every instruction so I didn’t have to. Walking into the finished space and seeing my vision realized brought me to tears.

Then came Justin, my bridal attendant, who deserves his own standing ovation. I didn’t know what a bridal attendant did until I met him, and now I can’t imagine my day without him. He stepped in on his day off when my original attendant had an emergency and gave me the kind of care you can’t put into words. He anticipated every need—offering champagne when I was nervous, fixing my veil for photos, finding numbing spray for my shoes, even keeping my famously late family on time. My maid of honor joked she could go home because Justin had it all covered. Every bride deserves a Justin—he set the bar sky-high.

And the food—WOW. Every guest agreed it was unforgettable. The cocktail hour was over-the-top in the best way, and dinner felt like a fine-dining experience, not “wedding food.” Our guest list included American, Russian, Jewish, Caribbean, and Latino families, and everyone raved about the flavors and portions. People are still calling us to talk about it.

Special thanks to Cristiano, the Maitre D’, who set the tone for the evening and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Every transition was smooth, every table was cared for, and our guests felt looked after from start to finish. The serving and bar staff matched that same excellence.

At the end of the night, my husband and I looked around at our smiling family and friends and said: this was perfect. Not just because we got married, but because the Chateau Grande and Orchard Park team created an environment where we could truly relax and enjoy the day.

To the entire staff—you didn’t just give us a wedding; you gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. You deserve every raise, praise, and accolade. If you’re even considering this venue for your wedding—stop searching. You found it.

Our experience with Hope and the Château Grande Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Hope is responsive, reasonable, and incredibly honest—qualities that made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Every interaction felt like a true partnership, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed exactly as we envisioned.

Her staff is equally impressive: professional, efficient, and genuinely invested in making the event exceptional. Throughout the event, they were attentive without being intrusive and kept everything running seamlessly.

The facilities at the Château Grande Hotel are stunning—beautiful, clean, modern, and impeccably maintained. Every space felt intentional and elegant.

And the food—absolutely phenomenal. The presentation was gorgeous, the flavors were incredible, and every filet came out perfectly cooked, which is no small feat when serving a large group. Our guests are still talking about it.

I owe a huge thank you to the venues coordinator, Hope, who from day one assured me that wedding weekend would be perfect. You often read reviews that say coordinators that work for the venue is not the same as hiring your own wedding coordinator, that they won’t be there to help you make decisions along the way, suggest ideas when you are stuck on something and are merely a day of coordinator who lines the bridal party up and gets you down the aisle. This could not be further from the truth at The Chateau Grande. Hope was the most helpful, caring and knowledgeable person I met during the entire process of wedding planning, bar none. She answered every email (there were many) and texts promptly and would happily get a phone call to discuss things in detail at a moments notice. Hope was extremely flexible in every single way to ensure this was truly “our day”.  Hope went above and beyond for each event we hosted, for the rehearsal, she spent hours setting up the candles on the tables exactly the way I had them photoshopped in my inspo pic, she made sure every napkin, place card, menu and our signage was perfectly placed and the room was lit exactly how I envisioned. Hope did not just get us down the aisle, she didn’t just show up that day, she truly built our wedding day with us from the ground up. Hope became a huge part of the wedding to me. She was an integral part of the process without whom I know I would not have had the bridal experience I waited my whole life to have. I can never thank her enough for everything she did. I know she went above and beyond for us and I am forever grateful for her. 
May 18, 2024 went by in the blink of an eye just as I knew it would. The ceremony was stunning.  Immediately upon walking out of our ceremony we were congratulated by staff and handed our signature cocktails, very nice touch.I stressed to Hope throughout the year of planning that the quality and quantity of food is of the upmost importance to my family, specifically my father, who wanted to know that guests would never have to wait for food to be replenished at cocktail hour and that we added enough food options that guests would have an abundance to choose from. We also chose to extend cocktail hour to an hour and a half so guests had more time to enjoy everything. In my opinion this is an absolute MUST and worth every penny. I requested cocktail smoker tops for old fashions at the bar and the request was happily accommodated, such an elegant touch when guests ordered the signature cocktail. The reception was everything and more. The lighting built in to the venue once again, superb. We added our own uplighting package from the DJ as well but the lighting the venue has can easily be used in the event that you don’t want to do any additional lighting packages. Our guests were attended to quickly with anything they ordered at the bar. From salads to entrees, the food was top tier and cooked perfectly. Every detail of our weekend was exquisite. This venue provided such a high end and luxurious feel from the moment we booked with them. Luxury is a running theme at this venue and it is no surprise that a venue this well managed has the ability to accommodate your every request. I wish anyone who gets married the same experience that we had.
