The Blessings Place, at the Beautiful Great Oaks Estate, is more than a venue — it’s a blessing. 💍 Designed for celebration and reflection Here, love, faith, and family come together in a serene natural setting for couples and families who want more than just another event space. We host weddings, prayer gatherings, retreats, and intimate celebrations — each guided by our mission to make God-fearing weddings affordable again. ✨ Outdoor ceremonies are provided at no cost as part of our ministry. Families who wish to access indoor household amenities for guest convenience may choose to make a voluntary donation to support utilities, cleaning, and stewardship of the home. Donations are optional and not required for a ceremony to take place. We are not a commercial wedding venue and do not offer public event rentals. All gatherings are prayerfully reviewed and scheduled in alignment with our mission and stewardship values.

A Truly Peaceful, God-Centered Place
The Blessings Place is truly a beautiful and special space. The oak trees draped with Spanish moss, the peaceful pond, and the natural surroundings create a calm, uplifting atmosphere that feels very intentional. It doesn’t feel like a typical event venue — it feels peaceful, meaningful, and set apart. I haven’t personally hosted an event here yet, but I know several people who have hosted weddings and events, and every one of them shared how wonderful their experience was. They spoke about how much they enjoyed the space and how they left the day feeling grateful, peaceful, and truly blessed. I also want to share that I know Jim and Rosa personally, and they genuinely care for others. They are very welcoming, kind, and lead their family and this place with strong, God-centered values. It’s clear this venue is more than a business to them — it’s a blessing to others. I’m really looking forward to hosting an event here in the future and would highly recommend The Blessings Place to anyone seeking a beautiful, faith-centered venue.

I can't wait...
My fiancé and I were absolutely delighted with The Blessings Place. We even fell in love with the name, as it feels like the perfect place to receive God’s blessing on such an important day. The venue is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and ideal for celebrating a special occasion. From the very first contact, they responded quickly, clearly, and kindly, guiding us through every step of the process. The space is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of possibilities to personalize the celebration. Communication has been excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful and peaceful place for their wedding.

The Blessings Place was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the moment we first reached out, the team there was incredibly friendly, genuine, and responsive in helping us plan our special day. Their 9-acre property has a beautiful, boho-romantic, and rustic vibe that felt so perfect for the relaxed, holy atmosphere we were going for. Even though their venue is truly undervalued for all that it offers, they worked with us to host our 2026 wedding there for under 1,000 - an absolute steal! The wife there does catering on and off so you can even ask her to cook for your wedding. Buffet style for under 2000

I haven’t hosted anything here myself, but I’ve seen what The Blessings Place offers and know the heart behind it. It’s a peaceful, faith-filled venue that feels like a hidden gem for those planning weddings, retreats, quinceañeras, or other special family gatherings. What really stands out is how intentional the space is. You can tell it was created not just for events, but for moments that matter—where love is celebrated, faith is honored, and families come together. I know Jim and Rosa personally, and they are people who genuinely care about others. That alone gives me full confidence in recommending this place to anyone looking for a meaningful and God-centered setting for their event. If you’re planning something special and want a space where your story will be welcomed with love and prayer, this might be the place for you.

Our peak season runs from March through June and October through December, when weather is ideal for outdoor events and demand is highest for weddings and gatherings.

Off-peak months include July through September and January through February. These are great times to enjoy more flexibility with booking and special pricing upon request.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol as long as it’s served by a licensed and insured bartender or catering team. We want everyone to enjoy themselves safely and responsibly.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made with 7 days after booking confirmation & no less than 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days may be eligible for a credit toward a future date.

We’re located about 25 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. Guests can use ride-share services, car rentals, or we can recommend local transportation providers upon request.

Yes, we kindly ask that all event hosts provide event liability insurance with The Blessings Place listed as an additional insured.
