From start to finish, Tableau made planning our wedding stress-free thanks to their clear communication and straightforward approach. The staff was incredible—I worked with one of the servers to map out our timeline when I arrived (cocktail time, dinner dropped, speeches, dessert), and they executed it flawlessly. Our 65 guests had drinks flowing smoothly between courses, and honestly, the food was phenomenal. As a New Orleans native, I was impressed, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the meal.
