Best planner ever
Planning our wedding at Villa Woodbine from Washington, D.C. felt incredibly daunting until we found Stephanie. I brought her on halfway through the process, and she immediately transformed my stress into genuine enjoyment. Her vendor network is unmatched—not only did she connect us with partners who offered better rates, but their communication was far superior to anyone else I had scouted. On the wedding day, Stephanie and her team were the definition of attentive; whether it was a quick answer, a snack, or just water, they were always one step ahead. Most importantly, when the unthinkable happened and it rained during our outdoor reception, Stephanie was our anchor. She kept us calm, protected the decor, and pivoted so seamlessly that we were still able to eat and dance outside without a hitch. She was truly the best investment we made for our wedding

Our Dream Wedding Come to Life!

Steph is the best in the business!
Steph is the best in the business - hire her for a flawless event and peace of mind! We hired Steph as a month-of coordinator for our wedding reception. As far as 6 months out, Steph did monthly check ins with us and was available for any questions/vendor recommendations. As we got closer to the event, Steph’s expertise became invaluable - there was no question she didn’t have an answer to, she was organized throughout the entire process and made planning look easy, and she provided emotional support on many levels. The event turned out magical and Steph was fully present the day of to ensure all of our needs were taken care of. We are eternally grateful to Steph and her team!

Events By U Wedding Planning
We signed with Stephanie about 14 months before our wedding, and from day one she jumped right into planning. Within the first 2–3 months, we had almost all of our vendors booked, which made the entire process feel so organized and stress-free. Stephanie was always available throughout the planning period no matter the time of day, she was quick to respond to texts and calls and constantly reassured us along the way. She coordinated all meetings with our vendors and the venue and was present for every one, which we really appreciated. Her vendor recommendations were amazing, and everyone we worked with exceeded our expectations. She was also very open to changes we made as our vision evolved. Thanks to all the planning and preparation, our vision was truly brought to life in the most beautiful way! Stephanie is hands down the best planner in Miami. She made over a year of planning much less stressful than it should have been. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and understanding. When I had hesitations for things, she listened and pivoted. She was honest with me and respectful of my budgets and expectations. Where she really shined was the month before and the day of. The month before, we had all these pending things and payments and she organized excels for us and handled it. My spouse and I were so busy between work and wedding appts and she really stepped in and made it so easy for us. The day of the wedding, Steph was EXCEPTIONAL. She was running around with a smile on her face and 0 stress. I forgot deodorant, my shoes, and my mom’s glasses and she didn’t complain about me asking her to go grab a million different things. To top it all off, the details of what she created at the venue was insane. Pure perfection. She is the most positive person and if you’re in Miami you absolutely need to work with her!!! You will not regret it!!!!
