Misleading hotel block
Fine enough, but if you asked me would I book there again for my wedding block, the answer would be no. I picked this hotel because I got married at the English Manor and it’s 7 minutes down the road plus they have a bar to have an after party. Communication was fine for booking initially but when I wanted the hotel to hand out fliers to my guests regarding shuttle info, I found out most of my guests never got them. I even called the hotel to remind them and still it was same outcome. The part that aggravated me the most was the fact that I was told the hotel block would have a mix of king and queen sized beds for guests to book. As the bride, I booked a king sized bed. When I checked into our room I was told they ran out of king sized beds and they only had two queens for my husband and I which is ridiculous when I set up the hotel block and it’s MY WEDDING. The woman at the front desk checking us in was very nice and while she did try to move our room, she said there were none available and there were only NINE KING BEDS in the entire hotel! I think that’s just insane. Had that been communicated to me from the start I wouldn’t have booked there. The bar was nice and the room itself was clean so that’s why they get two stars. I just found our stay there frustrating as a newly married couple and I would tell other wedding parties to go elsewhere.

Wedding Weekend Review
The Sheraton was excellent and we had a great stay. They were very accommodating and the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were large. I had a suite and my bridal party of 5 with both moms fit comfortably to get ready the day of. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING!!!!!!!
We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown and our whole entire day was nothing but exceptional. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Corey was our maître d and was amazing the day of as well. We received so many compliments on the beautiful venue we chose and how delicious the food was!! THANK YOU to Lauren and everyone at the Sheraton who made sure we had the best day!!
