About this venue

Our venue is an ultra modern, award winning, and in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. It has views of the beach and Latham Park. It is great for seated weddings under 120 or cocktail style receptions for under 200 guests. Our flexibility allows for almost any licensed vendors and caterers so you can create the celebration of your dreams. Every detail has been carefully crafted for special effects and dramatic lighting. Our extremely luxurious bar, tables, bathrooms, and bridal suite is unique and memorable. This 2,500 indoor modern and elegant ballroom has a complete audio visual WIFI and Bluetooth compatible sound system with microphone throughout. It comes with gorgeous tables and chairs set to your individual needs. It has lighted color changing trees and ceiling. The fully functional bar with 1,000 pound ice machine is waiting to serve your guests. It has two separate balconies - the main one - overlooking Latham Park with Atlantic Ocean views- can hold a ceremony or additional bar.

    Stunning Venue

    From our first conversation with the owners of Private 131, we knew we had found the right venue. They responded quickly to our questions and were straightforward about everything we needed to know. The space itself is stunning—it feels upscale and the views are incredible, making it the perfect backdrop for our wedding day.     AMAZING VENUE AND OWNER

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Angelo’s. From the very beginning, they were helpful, professional, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure my event was as seamless and stress-free as possible. I will absolutely host more events here, and I’m already looking forward to booking the next one.

    My fiance(now wife) had a list of 5 venues to go look at for our wedding. Private 131 was the 1st place we were able to look at. We never made it to the other 4. We knew as soon as we walked in that it was the place for us. As impressed as we were with the place, we were even more impressed with David and his mother. They were so nice and helpful. You could tell that they were very proud of their venue yet still extremely humble. Which is a very rare combination in people. We had the best experience with Private 131 and highly recommend to everyone.
