Boasting unsurpassed views of the New York City skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty, and Liberty Marina. Liberty House, located inside historic Liberty State Park, offers two distinctly unique event spaces complete with private entrances, separate cocktail rooms, ceremony spaces, lush gardens, and outdoor patio spaces. The Grand Ballroom at Liberty House Boasting 35’ ceilings, exposed woodwork, finished metal, and soft, neutral colors, the Grand Ballroom offers the blank canvas of your dreams. Floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views, and wrap-around terrace provide a refreshing escape for your guests.

Situated on the main floor of Liberty House, our Liberty Room has incredible views of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty and includes a spacious dining room directly next to the pavilion, in which your guests can dance and mingle. From the Liberty Room, access our formal gardens and the outdoor patio, complete with seductive fire pits and posh lounge areas. The Liberty Room is highly customizable and offers a virtually endless list of options and layouts.

The entire second floor of Liberty House features floor-to-ceiling windows, which give way to unobstructed, panoramic views of the NYC skyline. A wraparound outdoor terrace defines opulence, and space’s interior is appointed with high-end designer finishes. Guests also have private access to the Grand Ballroom garden, perfect for hosting a wedding ceremony, as well as our Grand Pavilion for your cocktail hour or indoor ceremony.

Everyone at the Liberty House is a pleasure to work with. Among being super accommodating, efficient and professional, they truly care about their clients and work to make sure the event runs smoothly. BEST NIGHT EVER
It's been almost four months since our wedding at the Liberty House and I am still receiving calls/texts about how amazing the venue was. From the food to the service, there was not one thing that was missed! We worked with Danielle and it was truly one of the best experiences ever. She was not only so sweet, but helpful and made everything we asked for happen perfectly! I could not have asked for a better wedding experience!!!

Liberty house
Liberty House was the perfect wedding venue for our special day. From the moment we first reached out, their team was incredibly responsive, helpful and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. The ballroom space was absolutely beautiful, and the food was incredible - our guests are still raving about it! The staff was extremely attentive and generous, managing noise levels during our rehearsal, keeping us on schedule, and ensuring we had private time as a couple to eat and reflect on the day. We are so grateful to the Liberty House team for making our wedding celebration truly unforgettable.

A Magical Night!
Our wedding could not have been any better, thanks to Liberty House and their wonderful staff. Aurora was our contact at Liberty House, and she had everything down to a science. I never had to stress about anything. She answered all of our questions quickly and never made me feel dumb for asking the simplest of questions. I truly appreciated her guidance. The food at Liberty House was divine. Truly, their chefs are a league above others. The options we had for food selections were incredible, and we're so happy with everything we picked. Our guests still talk about the mozzarella station! On the day of the wedding, the staff was, in short, flawless. Once we arrived, they were attentive and got us and our wedding party anything we needed. When sending over our decor, I had given them a rough idea of how we wanted things to look. But I never imagined that they'd set up everything so beautifully! They took my one-sentence description and turned it into a masterpiece. Throughout the night, the staff was always there to help. From walking in my dress to getting me hot water when I was freezing, they were always ready to help. When my drink was low, they got me a new one. When I started to leave without my shoes on, they grabbed me some flip flops. When we decided last-minute that we wanted to have a rehearsal dinner at the Madison Rose, they made the process seamless. My wedding wasn't stressful. I felt like a guest at my wedding thanks to their staff. The grounds are gorgeous, the food is to die for, and the staff is exceptional!

Highly recommend!
We had our New Year’s Eve wedding in the Liberty House ballroom, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the experience was great. Our event stylist, Sarah, was amazing and played such a huge role in bringing our vision to life. I had a lot of ideas (some a bit outside the box!), and Liberty House worked with us to thoughtfully incorporate them into our wedding and our budget, including espresso martini shots on the dance floor, which was such a fun and memorable moment for our guests. The food was outstanding, especially cocktail hour. Guests are still talking about it. The pasta station was a crowd favorite, and we added the sushi station, which was an absolute hit as well. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The views alone are unbeatable. We had the most stunning Manhattan skyline backdrop at a much better price than venues actually in Manhattan or nearby. Another huge plus was being able to decorate the ceiling of the ballroom, which completely elevated the space. We used Liberty House’s preferred florist, JR Floral Designs, and absolutely loved working with them. Communication throughout the planning process was great. One thing to note is that Liberty House is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so depending on when you email, there may be a short wait for a response but once they’re back, they are responsive and helpful. The week of the wedding, we were able to drop off all of our décor and personal details, which made the wedding day itself so smooth and stress-free. While there isn’t a traditional getting-ready suite, there is a small room to store belongings, enjoy a private cocktail hour, and a private restroom. I personally got ready at a suite at the Hyatt House and took an Uber over, which worked out perfectly. Overall, Liberty House exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the views, the food, the flexibility, and the incredible team, we couldn’t imagine a better place to have celebrated our wedding — especially on NYE. Highly recommend!
