About this venue

Birchwood Manor has a total of 10 event spaces available. Guests will immediately be greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase in the venue’s lobby. The Jefferson Ballroom is perfect for your reception. Hosting up to 300 guests, it offers an elegant setting for an extravagant affair. The room features one-of-a-kind, hand-painted frescos, a beveled mirror wall, tall bay windows and 11-foot ceilings. The Grand Ballroom is the largest room available. Accommodating up to 800 guests, the space is breathtaking with its four magnificent crystal chandeliers and large dance floor. Outside the venue, couples can take advantage of the picturesque grounds for their ceremony, including a gazebo, fountains and enchanting gardens.

    Simply Amazing

    We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Birchwood. From the first day we met with Farrell to the actual wedding day the planning was so smooth. Farrell is so professional and knowledgeable and clearly loves the job she does. The venue itself was spotless. It is stunningly beautiful to the point where I didn't have to worry much about decorations or spend big money on centerpieces. Small subtle decor along with the beauty of the Birchwood made for a stunning wedding day. The food was beyond amazing. We did not want a sit down formal dinner so Farrell helped us create a cocktail hour type situation with various carving stations and food perfectly placed around the room. There were so many options for everyone, even those with special diets. They were able to accommodate everyone and their needs.

    Book Birchwood - No Brainer!

    From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew we landed on somewhere special. It was a no-brainer to pick Birchwood Manor as our wedding venue not only because of the beautiful grounds but how outstanding Farrell is. We had investigated about 10 venues but Birchwood Manor stood apart from them all. After having our wedding we can say how we made the right choice. All of the wedding party was comfortable and able to get ready on site. We were stress free to whole day. Farrell executed our plans every step of the way. She accommodated the entire Manor for us to use the entire day. The food ...and especially our wedding cake was out of this world. Our guests enjoyed our special day as much as we did. We are so very thankful to Farrell and how amazing everything turned out and so happy we chose this venue. To any bride out there I highly recommend this venue.

    INCREDIBLE AAA VENUE AND EXPERIENCE

    This venue is absolutely beautiful. We recently had an event here and from the first second we walked through the door until the end of the party every single part of our experience was FIRST CLASS. Incredibly stunning ballroom, gorgeous jaw-dropping property, and a world class team led by Farrell who did an unbelievable job in all facets of the event. Our family was so thrilled with how everything worked out and so grateful for the experience. Birchwood Manor is and always will be the first and only choice for our family.

    Quinceañera party

    My daughter had her quinceañera there. It was beautiful!!!! They did a terrific job and the food was great too.

    Best Day Thanks for Birchwood Team

    Our wedding at Birchwood Manor was an absolute dream come true! The entire team, especially Farrell, made it the best day of our lives. From start to finish, they were on top of every single detail, making the weeks leading up to our big day as relaxing and enjoyable as can be. I never had a moment of doubt, knowing they were taking care of everything and would bring my vision to life flawlessly. Farrell, in particular, was incredible—she offered round-the-clock support and treated us like family. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure that my husband, our families, and friends were comfortable and well cared for from the beginning of planning to the wedding day, but she handled the wonderful chaos of our families with grace. She truly made us feel special and took care of every little thing, creating a beautiful celebration that we’ll never forget. We are so grateful for her and the Birchwood Manor team!
