    Absolutely Incredible Wedding Coordinator

    I truly cannot recommend Grace and Timeless Wedding Planning enough! She was not only our day-of coordinator but also an incredible help throughout the planning process, and she went above and beyond in every way. From early on, Grace was organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead—making sure no detail was overlooked. On our wedding day, she kept everything running seamlessly, handled any hiccups behind the scenes, and allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment. What truly sets Grace apart is how much she cares. She poured so much time, effort, and love into our wedding, and it showed in everything she did. We are so grateful for her and genuinely couldn’t have done it without her!

From the moment we started working with Megan and Grace, their communication style was consistently concise, engaging, thoughtful, respectful, and confident. They were incredibly patient in guiding us through every step of the process. The quality of their work was unparalleled - they were reliable, consistent, dependable, creative, and detail-oriented. On the day of our wedding, Megan designed the reception of our dreams while the bridal party was getting ready, assertively decorating the entire space and ensuring everything was in its perfect place. Grace made sure I had the most stress-free time, and my wedding day could not have gone more perfectly thanks to their efforts. I have seen Megan and Grace excel at multiple events in 2025, and I cannot recommend them enough for any couple planning their wedding.

She took the time to understand my son and his new spouse's vision, turning it into a beautiful reality. She was incredibly organized, proactive with vendors, and handled every detail with such professionalism and care. On the wedding day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the moment, knowing we were in such capable hands. If you are looking for a planner who will go above and beyond, she IS the one!"

    I cannot recommend Grace and Megan enough! They did an amazing job from start to finish. They were extremely professional, informative, and always available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Throughout the entire process, they made sure I wasn’t stressed and handled everything with such organization and care. On the day of the wedding, they made sure everything I wanted happened exactly as planned and that everything ran smoothly. Knowing they had everything under control allowed me to truly enjoy my day. I’m so grateful for all of their hard work and dedication. If you are on the fence about a coordinator/planner, just do it!! HIGHLY recommend!
