With 10+ years as a wedding planner and 5 as an officiant, I created Stellar Events by SGP to serve couples seeking elegance, warmth, and seamless execution. My team manages every detail so you can stay fully present and truly enjoy your moment. At Stellar Events by SGP, I create luxury, detail-rich weddings that feel intentional, seamless, and deeply personal. I merge elegance with imagination — whether you’re planning a black-tie affair, whimsical micro wedding, or fully immersive themed celebration (yes, I happily coordinate cosplay, fantasy, or unique concepts that reflect your individual love story). I proudly serve all couples, including LGBTQ+ love stories, and bring calm professionalism, creativity, and flawless coordination to every detail. "If you want a wedding coordinator who truly 'gets it done,' look no further than Calpernia. From day one, Cal was incredibly responsive and professional, but it was her execution that blew us away. One of the most special moments was when she arranged a private reveal for my husband and me. It allowed us to take a breather and actually appreciate the stunning decorations before the whirlwind of the day began. But her service didn't end when the wedding did. Six months later, she stepped in to handle a major issue we were having with our videographer, and thanks to her, we had our video within a week. Cal makes the most out of every situation to ensure the couple is happy. She has become a lifelong friend to our family, and we’ve already recommended her to friends (who she knocked it out of the park for this past October!). We can’t wait to hire her again for our next big milestone."
