Jessica Martinez Castillo (Founder/ Lead Planner) Simply Sweet Memories was founded by Jessica Castillo on December 15, 2016. Jessica graduated from California State University Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Collins College and a minor in Marketing Management. Jessica has a passion for weddings and special events which encouraged her to chase her dream as a professional event planner. She has a variety of experiences in the hospitality industry. From working with the mouse at the happiest place on Earth during the Disney College Program Fall 2016 to working various weddings with LV Floral Events.

We're excited to be part of your special occasion and can't wait to start creating everlasting memories. Jessica loves meeting new vendors and catching up with old friends by sharing a cup of coffee. On her days off, she spends time with her hubby hiking or trying out new restaurants in town. Jessica has a passion to help others in any way possible and is working towards creating a scholarship that will be offered to Undocumented students that are on their way to college.

The Best Day-Of-Coordinator Ever!
Simply Sweet Memories was an exceptional wedding planning team to work with. From the start, Jessica was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating to our needs. She were truly on top of everything, anticipating our every request. When we had some last-minute changes, Jessica was so quick to respond and find solutions. Jessica always went above and beyond her duties as a day-of-coordinator such as weekly check ins. My dad even had a shoe emergency on the day, and Jessica saved the day by quickly finding him black tape. She even considered driving to the nearest department store to buy him a new pair of dress shoes! Jessica and Lupe were an amazing team that made our special day truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Simply Sweet Memories to any couple planning their wedding!

The Best!
Jessica is Amazing! Our wedding was perfect and we owe it all to Jessica! She is very organized and goes way above and beyond. She has great attention to detail and made certain everything was perfect. She made the vision of our wedding day a reality. On the big day, when you are being pulled every which way, she & her team took care of it all! From ensuring my husband and I had enough to eat & drink, to taking photos and videos that we totally forgot to capture ourselves.
