	Day-of coordination / wedding management
Description	Our starting rate for day-of coordination is $1,750. This includes three one-hour planning meetings, rehearsal support, and up to 10 hours of coordination support the day of the wedding. The price goes up from there dependent on your guest count, # of wedding day locations, and the need for 1 or 2 assistants to the lead coordinator for your day.

Attentive Coordinators!
Anna and Deenalin coordinated my wedding October 2024. Both were so kind, attentive, and dedicated to making sure my day went smoothly before the day even arrived. They were punctual, detail focused, and went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. I loved the care they took to understand my vision and bring it to life! They helped with anything our guests or I needed throughout the day! I would highly recommend Penderview!

Pli, Anna, and Josie coordinated our wedding day & helped make everything seamless and stress free. Having planned our wedding ourselves, we had to make sure that our communication with Pli and Anna prior to the day was detailed and organized. While I shamefully admit to having missed some details here and there, Pli and Anna did an amazing job at filling in where details went amiss. We’re so happy to say that, with the thrill and excitement of day, we were able to entrust so much to Pli and Anna and simply have the best day of our lives. All that said, we would absolutely recommend Penderview Events for your wedding day of coordination needs!

Forever indebted to Penderview Events!! ️
From the moment I got on that first phone call with Anna, I knew she'd be our day-of wedding coordinator. Anna Holowinsky isn't just in the wedding business... she's in the business of making each of her clients feel heard, understood, and cared for. It is so evident that everything she does comes from a place of love. On the phone with Anna, there were so many times where I thought to myself, "Wow, it's just like talking to an old friend!" She's hilarious, down-to-earth, and just an incredible human to work with. Anna took the stress out of wedding planning for us and instead, made it so that we could focus on all of the day's celebrations. I'm also just so inspired by Anna and the "why" behind her entrepreneurship. As someone who values family and relationships more than just about anything, it is beyond refreshing to see that in another person. From making our venue look like something out of a fairytale, to calming me down moments before the ceremony by guiding me through grounding breathing exercises, Anna took care of it all... and took care of me, too! We are forever grateful we booked Penderview Events for our wedding day and will recommend Anna and the team to everyone looking for an honest, enjoyable, and fruitful wedding coordination experience. We hired Penderview Events for day-of coordination and are so glad we did! From start to finish, Anna and her team were an absolute joy to work with; they helped us with our wedding day timeline, handled communication with our vendors the week before the wedding, and jumped in on the wedding day to bring our vision to life while also managing personalities and schedules with ease. The Reassurance and confidant every couple needs
Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!
