Description

Full-service planning with unlimited communication and meetings, budget creation and management, venue scouting and walkthroughs, and full vendor sourcing, and booking assistance. Includes a custom design concept, floor plan development, detailed timeline, RSVP guidance, rehearsal coordination, up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage, lead planner plus assistant, and complete vendor management.

Our partial planning package includes scheduled planning meetings, vendor recommendations, budget review and refinement, and design direction support to bring your vision together. We create your wedding timeline, assist with floor plan development, confirm final vendor details, coordinate your rehearsal and provide up to 8 hours of on-site wedding day coordination with a lead and assistant planner as well as full vendor management on event day.

Our day-of coordination package begins 4 weeks before your wedding with one final planning meeting and a full review of vendor contracts. We create a custom wedding day timeline, confirm all vendor details, coordinate your rehearsal, and provide up to 8 hours of on-site coordination. From vendor management to seamless timeline execution, we ensure everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present.
