More Than a Planner — Complete Peace of Mind
Working with Jazzy Lady Events was truly a blessing. From the planning stages through the wedding day itself, she provided thoughtful support and exceptional coordination. We offer three main tiers: Full Planning (for the couple who wants us to handle everything from start to finish), Partial Planning (where we take the lead on your top 3 decisions and assist with the rest), and Luxury Day-of Coordination (for the couple who has everything booked but wants to relax in the final 3 months).

To ensure the best experience and availability for your date, we typically recommend booking 10 to 12 months in advance for Full Planning. For Day-of Coordination, we suggest reaching out at least 3 to 6 months prior.

Absolutely! While weddings are our specialty, we also plan and execute corporate events, conferences, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers. We love being a part of our clients' journeys as their families and businesses grow.

We are “Wedding planners with a Marriage focus”. We believe that while the wedding is a beautiful celebration, the marriage is the most important part. We even partner with certified pre-marital counselors to help set our couples up for a healthy, joyful life together long after the party ends.

Yes. We curate impeccable design and seamless logistics. We also have a sister service, Jazzy Lady Balloons, for those looking to add high-end balloons, backdrops, and draping to the installations for their celebration.

Yes! While we are based in Atlanta, GA, we are happy to travel to bring your vision to life wherever your heart desires.

If you choose our Full or Partial Planning packages, we take the lead on vendor scouting and communication. For Day-of Coordination, we step in 3 months before the wedding to collect all contracts and sync the entire team for a seamless execution.

We focus on marriage. While we handle every luxury detail and logistical pivot, our mission is to protect your peace and your partnership. We believe the most beautiful part of your wedding isn't the decor, it’s the two of you. By taking the stress off your plate, we allow you to focus on "becoming one" while we build the stage for your “forever”.

Yes, for couples who just need a professional "push" in the right direction or a review of their current plans, we do offer hourly consulting sessions.
