    Haley Grace was phenomenal!

    Haley was a dream come true and a fairy godmother during my wedding planning process! She kept things straight and professional and kept me sane! She recommended things I wouldn’t have thought of and made sure my day was perfect! She is also so so sweet and truly the friend you need during this time. I LOVED working with her and would recommend her to anyone!

    Mother of the Bride

    As a first time Mother of the Bride, my anxiety was initially high going into the wedding. But Haley Grace Events made that go away! At the venue walk through 30 days out, Haley took copious notes and asked questions we hadn't thought of. On the wedding day, she and her staff arrived early, took full charge of decor, coordinating with photographer, caterer and bar service. With her planned timeline, Haley and staff made the hours prior go smoothly and stress free. The entire day was amazing, and I highly recommend Haley Grace Events.

    Haley makes your wedding day amazing!

    We decided to use Haley Grace Events Co. for our Month of and Day of Coordination. Haley allowed us to call her and ask questions before we had even signed the contract. She was always extremely kind, professional, and organized during all communication - email, phone, text, in-person. She started to work with us 45 days before the Wedding to understand our vision, vendors, and what was left still to do. She went above and beyond her duties to make the lead up to our big day her priority! On the day of the wedding, Haley was on top of everything. She had 2 assistants and the 3 of them moved around like a ghost army!! They took care of setting everything up for us so me and my family could fully enjoy the day. They made my vision come to life more than I could have ever expressed! Haley would check in with me and my husband every step of the day, did a day-of rehearsal, and kept the day as soon as possible! I truly don't think our wedding day would have been what it was without her (and her team)! Haley and her team deserve to be in your wedding budget! You will not regret having her be a part of the planning and the day of.

    Best money spent on our Wedding Day!

    We could not have pulled off such a stress-free, wonderful event without Robin and her team. My husband literally went to hug her and thank her before we left our venue! - Weddings are hectic, but we were able to enjoy our full day, and so was our family. Could not recommend them more!

    There are many difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding, but your coordinator doesn’t need to be one of them— Haley and her team are incredible and absolutely crushed it! They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. We worked with Haley as our day-of coordinator, and had a couple of virtual meetings with Haley ahead of time to nail down details (including the timeline, which was super helpful) and relay our vision and details of the day. She made sure all of our vendors stayed in the loop and that we had everything we needed from them ahead of time. Communication was always clear, quick, and easy! When our wedding day came, Jordan and Julia were our coordinators and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were always one step ahead of the game, making sure things were handled before we even had a chance to think about it or ask. They headed-up flipping our venue between the ceremony and reception, working with our DJ/MC to be sure the timeline stayed on track, and even handled the details of turning up or down the lighting as the night progressed. They were so professional (and fun too!) and genuinely are the reason we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing over the details. 14/10 recommend.
