We’ll manage vendors, timelines, and final details to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present and actually enjoy your day. If your venue provides a coordinator but still wants hands-on support, our morning-of bridal attendant services ($500) ensure you have dedicated, personalized assistance while getting ready on the day of.

    Great Experience with April

    I had the pleasure of working with April last weekend at a wedding in NYC. She was incredibly collaborative and great to work with throughout the entire event.     April is amazing!!

    April goes highly recommended!! I hired her for 3 calls in the months leading up to my wedding, and then month of coordination. She was such a pleasure to work with--very organized, knowledgeable and thought of everything. She helped make me feel prepared and calm in the time leading up to the event. On the day of the wedding, she arrived promptly, was able to jump in and assist with some random tasks in the hotel room, and then got the venue all set up! She was the perfect person for the job.

    A Lifesaver on short notice
