Whether you're hosting 40 guests or 175, our goal is the same: to create a wedding that feels personal, seamless, and genuinely joyful.

Designed for intimate celebrations of 50 guests or fewer, this package includes full wedding planning and coordination from start to finish. We guide vendor coordination, create a custom timeline and wedding weekend blueprint, provide officiant services and personal florals for the couple, and oversee setup, styling, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management so everything runs seamlessly.

    Jo is AMAZING!

    Working with Jo and For Every Joccasion was the best decision my husband and I could make for our wedding day! My husband and I are very simple people who are usually "go with the flow", so planning and executing a wedding was not an easy task. We reached out to For Every Joccasion and Joelene was quick to respond. We worked together over many months to plan our perfect wedding down to every last detail. We collaborated on a theme, colors, special events for the reception, etc. Joelene even offered to do most of the "heavy lifting" for us! She talked with vendors to find the best match for our ideal plan. When our wedding day actually rolled around, Jo made the day fly by with ease. As a bride, I never had to worry if projects would be done in time, tables and chairs would be placed correctly, and if my party would arrive on time. I got to focus all my attention on having what was meant to be one of the most magical days of my life be exactly that! The whole process was so smooth and we can't thank Joelene and her company, For Every Joccasion, enough. She really made our special day the most amazing day of our lives, by far. I would HIGHLY recommend For Every Joccasion for any of your event planning needs. Her kindness, quick thinking, and unique touches made our wedding all that more special!

    Our 2023 Wedding

    We had an amazing time working with For Every Jocassion and she met every one of our expectations! Our wedding was at a casual camp but it was turned into an amazing venue by the creativity and execution of Jo and her team. We felt that all of our needs were catered to with care and any conflicts were met with quick resolutions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the market for a wedding planner or event organizer.
