    Above and Beyond: The Best Decision We Made

    Hiring Coastal Coordinating was easily the best decision my daughter made for her wedding. Starting 30 days out, Alli took over as the primary contact for all vendors, kept us perfectly on track, and provided a meticulous timeline. Tia joined us for the rehearsal brunch, expertly guiding us through the processional and ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. My daughter had a 'Wedding Day binder' filled with her inspiration, contacts, and seating charts, and Alli used it to bring that vision to life—the venue looked exactly like the photos. Having them as our day-of coordinators allowed us to truly enjoy every moment, knowing every detail was handled, from the morning setup to the final pack-up at the end of the night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my daughter a truly worry-free day and the wedding of her dreams.

    The best Wedding Planner!

    Wedding planning review

    Coastal coordinating was incredible to work with! We just had our wedding in January and every single detail was PERFECT. Thank you to Melanie who we worked direct with, and Ella who also helped day of the wedding! They executed my vision perfectly and they were such a breeze to work with. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and took all the anxiety away! Cannot recommend their team enough!

    Flawless Execution

    Katy and Ella were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were attentive, organized, and consistently one step ahead of everything. Throughout the entire planning process, they made our lives so much easier — anticipating needs before we even had to ask and handling every detail seamlessly.     Best decision ever!

    If you are looking for a sign to hire a day-of coordinator, this is it! From the moment she stepped in, a massive weight was lifted off my shoulders. Katy is a true professional who ensures every detail is handled with grace and precision. She managed all the communication between our vendors seamlessly, which allowed me to actually enjoy the lead-up to the ceremony instead of being stuck on the phone. On the day itself, she was everywhere at once! She made sure all of my decor was perfectly in place (it looked even better than I envisioned) and was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were hydrated, fed, and happy. The most incredible part of working with Katy is the peace of mind she provides. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I still don't know about it! She handled every detail so that "perfection" was all I experienced. At the end of the night, she had everything packed up and ready to go so my family and I could just soak in the final moments of the day. My wedding was beyond perfect, and I truly owe that to Katy's hard work and dedication. Thank you, Katy, for making my dream day a reality!
