Arti Bhakta, our CEO and Chief Experience Strategist has never needed a special occasion to inspire a party. She’s a natural-born host who believes that curating an experience is the most important part of any event. After over a decade in the industry, you can trust Arti to bring the industry’s best ideas to your special day. On event day, you can count on her to take control and execute every step calmly and kindly–she knows it’s the best way to get things done.

Our Dream Event
Arthi and her team at Avent Productions exceeded my expectations in every way. She is thoughtful, friendly and creative. One of a Kind and Best in Class
Avent Productions (Arti) is simply the best wedding planning team we could have asked for. From the very first meeting, Arti's communication style was direct, confident, thoughtful and caring - she always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. Arti has a magical way of taking your vision and elevating it in ways you would never imagine. She never says "we can't do that", but instead says "let's make that happen". Attention to detail

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Avent Productions and, especially, Arti. Arti helped me produce my very first gala, and what she delivered went far beyond anything I could have imagined. We sold out the event, welcomed over 250 guests throughout the night, and raised more than 100,000 — and the level of AV, production, and overall execution was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attended countless weddings, corporate events, conferences, and large-scale productions over the years, and I can say without hesitation that Arti blew them all out of the water. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and absolute mastery of sound, lighting, staging, and flow elevated the entire evening. She didn’t just run AV — she helped shape the emotional arc of the night. What stood out most was how deeply she cared. Arti went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating needs before they were voiced, staying present and engaged the entire time, and treating our mission as if it were her own.
