Immaculate Confection was born from a deep love for the kitchen that began with my mother. She’s an incredible cook but doesn't have much interest in baking, so I often found myself in charge of any parts of family meals that required measuring or following recipes. Over time, I realized not only did I have a knack for baking, but I also truly enjoy it. After college, I immersed myself in the world of pastry, working in kitchens and learning everything I could from experienced pastry chefs, cookbooks, and the Food Network - along with hours of practice. In 2023, I finally took the leap and launched my home bakery, Immaculate Confection.
