Hi, I’m Amber Marie—the heart and hands behind this boutique planning studio. After moving to Nashville, I naturally found my way into the hospitality industry, where my appreciation for thoughtful service and meaningful experiences grew into a deep love for weddings. That passion led to the creation of Amber Marie Events, a business rooted in refined creativity, intentional design, and a genuine dedication to celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.

I genuinely love love, and I feel incredibly honored to be part of my clients’ most meaningful celebrations. This package is best for couples who want a fully managed, elevated experience where every detail is handled from start to finish.	Partial Planning Package - inclusions with Coordination Package - up to 2 in-person meetings - unlimited communication via email once booked - preferred vendor list - created of detailed master timeline. This package is best for couples who want guidance, structure, and expert input throughout the planning process without handing everything off completely.	Wedding Management - begins 6 weeks prior to your event - complementary consultation - unlimited communication via email once booked - includes one site visit once booked - attendance of rehearsal for up to 1hr. This package is best for couples who have done most of the planning but want professional support in the final weeks to make sure nothing is missed.

More than just a Planner
Amber was an incredible wedding planning partner for our special day. Her communication was always quick and always made us feel like we were her top priority. The quality of her work was truly personal, efficient, focused, and determined. She made sure that ask all the questions and assist me when I had no idea where to start. I have lost count of how many weddings I have worked with Amber. The company I work for provides catering and bar services, and we see Amber at many of the events that we staff. She is always professional, has answers to everything, and has an eye for the smallest details. I have seen Amber behind the scenes at events and she is always working to ensure that her clients have the best experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an event coordinator!

Yes! My team can help coordinate rehearsal dinners, engagement celebrations, bridal showers, and other special events.

While it’s rare for me to take on more than one wedding in a weekend, I do have a small team to support those occasions. I remain the lead planner on your event unless otherwise communicated.

The timeline varies based on the package you select. With full planning, we’ll work together from the very beginning of the planning process.

I have ten years of experience in wedding and event planning, working closely with couples from the early planning stages through execution.

Absolutely! I’m available to travel though additional fees may apply depending on the location.

As soon as possible! Many couples book a planner shortly after getting engaged to ensure availability and support from the very beginning. That said, I offer services for couples at various stages of the planning process.

Yes. I serve as the lead planner on all events unless otherwise communicated. I work with a small team of associate planners who assist on event days.

The number of planners onsite depends on the size and scope of your wedding. I staff each event appropriately to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests—and vendors—are fully supported.

Yes. My team oversees event setup and breakdown in collaboration with your vendors to ensure everything is executed according to plan.

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date.

Absolutely! Every event is unique, and we’re here to guide you through the process. During your consultation, we’ll learn more about your vision, planning progress, and level of support needed, then recommend the package that best aligns with your event.
