What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, monthly payment plans, in-house payment options, and Affirm financing. A non-refundable retainer is due at signing. Late payments after 3 days have a $50 late fee.

Do you travel?

Yes, we travel throughout Georgia and the Southeast! Travel fees may apply for sessions or events outside Metro Atlanta and will be clearly discussed before booking.

Are you insured?

Yes! Photos By W is fully insured, and we always carry backup equipment for peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule for emergencies or weather with reasonable notice. Your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 365 days, pending availability. If you cancel within 45 days of a wedding, the remaining balance may still be due.

How long does it take to get our photos or videos?

Sneak peeks in 48 hours, proofs in 7 business days, full gallery or video within 60 business days (excluding holidays).

Do you give RAW or unedited files?

Accepted Answer

No. RAW files are not provided. All final photos and videos are edited and color-corrected for quality and consistency.

How long do you store our files?

Accepted Answer

Final files are hosted for 60 days after delivery. After that, recovery fees apply — $150 within 60 days and $350 up to one year. We always recommend backing up your files right away.

Can we request specific shots or poses?

Absolutely! You can share a shot list or ideas before the session, and we’ll make sure to include them along with our own creative direction.

Can guests take photos during the shoot or wedding?

Accepted Answer

Guests can take casual photos, but we ask that no one interferes with our lighting setups or direction. Photos By W must have creative exclusivity during your event or session.

Question 11

Do we need to provide a meal at our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for weddings over four hours, we ask that clients provide a vendor meal and beverage for our team, served when you eat. This helps ensure we don’t miss any key moments.

Question 12

Can I request extra edits?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each project includes two free minor revisions. After that, additional edits start at $50 per revision for portraits or events and $100 per revision for weddings.

Question 13

What rights do I have to my photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

You have personal-use rights to print, share, and post your images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is not allowed.

Do you work with a team or second shooters?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we often include additional photographers or videographers depending on your package. All editing and delivery are done by Photos By W to maintain consistency.
