Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also do soft retouching of the skin on the bride and groom, like blemish removal and teeth whitening.

Do you also offer video services?

Not at this time, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

Question 3

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect about 50 to 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Question 5

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Do you provide RAW/Original Files?

It is not in my business policy to let clients view unedited images. I do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from my shoots because I believe in delivering a finished product.

Question 7

When will we receive our images?

It takes me 4-6 weeks to deliver your photos. If you have a special circumstance I may be able to deliver your photos a bit sooner. Some things that may affect delivery times are peak season and unexpected delays.

Question 8

What kind of equipment do you use?

My gear consists of two professional-grade Nikon bodies, lenses and lighting equipment.

Question 9

What are your payment terms? Do I need to sign a contract?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and retainer fee are required to officially reserve your session or event date. Both can be completed easily online. Once everything is signed, your date is locked in and we can begin planning the next steps together. For wedding collections, a 20% retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid in a single payment or split into a customized payment plan whichever works best for you.
