I am a Phoenix based makeup artist that specializes in bridal and glam. I have been doing makeup for 8+ years, and I absolutely love what I do. There is nothing better than making someone feel beautiful, and being a part of that process. My take on makeup artistry is unique to every client. I always say that no two looks I do are the same!

I am constantly trying new techniques, and will always enhance every aspect of your face in the best way possible. I would say my specialty is eyes, and I tend to spend the most time perfecting the eye shape and using multiple colors and formulas to make your eyes POP! ✨ I will also perfect and smooth your skin to give a flawless airbrushed look with the perfect amount of dimension and glow. I look forward to enhancing your natural beauty! 🤍

    Highly recommend

    I can’t recommend her enough! She truly listened to what I wanted and enhanced my natural features so beautifully. I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day. Her communication was great throughout the entire process, and she was so timely and professional. On top of that, she’s just such a wonderful, calming person to be around, exactly what you want on your wedding morning.

    Glam By Cecily was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day! When our original beauty plans fell through, Cecily was able to step in at the last minute and absolutely killed it with our makeup. Her communication was fast, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout the process. The quality of her work was simply beautiful - she has a true professional touch that helped us all feel so gorgeous. Cecily also went above and beyond to help us find someone to do our hair. We are so thankful for her and the long-lasting makeup she provided that had us feeling beautiful all night long. Highly recommend Glam By Cecily!

    I cannot recommend CeCe enough! She is so talented. She makes you feel so comfortable in her chair- and brings whatever vision you have to life! I'm so glad that I hired her for my wedding glam- I felt so beautiful on my special day. Her prices are VERY affordable too. I would come back to have her do my glam in a heartbeat!
