Delivery fees vary by location and will be outlined clearly in your custom proposal.

Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?

Yes. My wedding floral packages start at $1,000 for florals only, with full floral and decor packages beginning at $1,500. For couples looking for a fully custom, story-driven design experience- a $2,500 minimum for full-service weddings. For intimate celebrations and elopements, my Small Weddings, Full Heart collection starts at $180 — with options that include an officiant if needed. Investment varies depending on flower selection, design complexity, and scope. Every package includes my full creative attention — never rushed, never generic.

How far in advance should we order our wedding flowers?

Most couples reach out 6–12 months ahead of their date, especially for spring and fall weddings. Some dates fill quickly, so I recommend inquiring as soon as you feel that spark of this is it.

What should we expect at our consultation? Should we bring anything?

Our consultation is a conversation, not a questionnaire. I want to hear about your day — how you want it to feel, the details that matter most to you, and the story only your celebration could tell. Come as you are. If you have inspiration images, venue photos, fabric swatches, or even a Pinterest board you love (or love to hate), bring those along. But don’t worry if you’re still figuring it out — that’s exactly what this time is for. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of your floral direction, and I’ll have everything I need to begin crafting a design that’s entirely your own.

What flowers are in season for our wedding?

I prioritize seasonal blooms fresh from local farms whenever possible — and I’ll always be honest with you about what’s truly available for your date. Seasonal flowers mean richer textures, better quality, and designs that feel naturally connected to the time and place of your celebration. During our consultation, we’ll talk through what’s at its peak for your season, and I’ll weave those blooms into a palette that feels intentional rather than generic.

Can I see a mockup of proposed flowers?

Rather than a physical mockup, I create a detailed design proposal for each couple — a curated flower library with your full bloom palette, a mood board that captures the feeling of your day, and descriptions of each arrangement so you can truly picture it before a single stem is cut. This gives you a clear, considered preview of your florals while allowing the natural beauty of fresh blooms to shine on the day itself. For full-service weddings, this proposal is included as part of our design process. If a mockup is needed, I can provide one for an additional fee. This is a good opportunity to take bridal photos.

Can you provide any decor other than flowers?

Yes — beyond florals, I offer a curated rental collection through my Set the Scene styling service. From vessels and candlelight to vintage-inspired accents, these pieces are selected to complement your floral design and bring the full scene to life. Rentals can be added to any full-service wedding package — full details are listed on my website and within my package pricing.

Do you handle flower breakdown after the ceremony?

Yes. Full-service design includes delivery, on-site installation, styling, and tear-down. I take care of the details so you can stay present and soak it all in. We also repurpose any florals that you cannot take with you to local charities, hospice, and rehabilitation centers.

Can you preserve our flowers after the wedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your blooms don’t have to say goodbye when the celebration ends. I offer in-house flower preservation, including dried and pressed arrangements displayed in a shadow box, and resin keepsakes that capture the beauty of your florals in a lasting, tangible way. Ask about preservation during your consultation and we’ll find the option that feels most like you.
