HV Events is a woman-owned event planning, coordination, and décor company based in Houston, Texas, specializing in all weddings and South Asian celebrations. We believe the most beautiful events are the ones that feel personal, intentional, and filled with meaning. Our work is rooted in connection—listening closely to our clients and bringing their stories, traditions, and dreams to life. We have a deep love and respect for South Asian weddings and multi-day events. From vibrant mandaps and elegant décor to thoughtful timelines and coordination, we approach every detail of each event with the respect that it deserves.

I have a strong commitment to getting to know my clients to ensure that I clearly understand their needs and their wishes for their special moments. I have an exceptional team that care deeply and work very hard to deliver quality at each event. At HV Events, we offer a wide variety of decor from Linens to Draping, Florals and China!     My son to be wife was so stressed out part of the wedding. We called aunt Pattyie to help us with final details. She was amazing in every aspect. I highly recommend her for coordination, changing tables as well as floral.

    Sangeet and Wedding

    Pattie is amazing to work with. She truly listens to your vision and turns it into reality! It was a pleasure working with her for our wedding. She even arranged our varmala (flower garlands) for the wedding without us having to mention it, which was such a thoughtful touch. The decor for both the sangeet and wedding days was outstanding, everything came together perfectly. Our guests had an amazing time and we received lots of compliments for decor. We true appreciate her professionalism and execution. Highly recommend!

    Pattie is amazing!

    Pattie is awesome! She made the planning experience easy and the day-of even easier. She knew all the vendors we needed and brought literally everything I wanted (I said I wanted a coffee bar last minute and she brought a whole dang coffee bar!) We received a tremendous amount of compliments on the decor and vibes. We wanted elegant, fall, western aesthetic and I told Pattie, "make it as western as you like". I fully gave her my trust and when I saw the venue for the first time on the wedding day I was so blown away. It was a super magical western set with a beautiful backdrop. And I'm not just talking plain flower arches, she brought a whole dang rustic bench, with wagon wheels, fall colored drapes, beautiful flowers to match, everything. It was so lovely.     Bride

    HV Events was a fantastic florist to work with for our wedding. From the very first conversation, their communication was prompt, easy, and seamless. They listened closely to our vision and needs, and delivered beautifully on the quality of their work. For example, my mother is on oxygen and required an outlet, and the HV Events team seamlessly made sure that was taken care of without me even noticing. Additionally, they handled everything except the catering, making them a true one-stop shop. Pattyie, the lead designer, is very reasonably priced and we were thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend HV Events to any couple planning their wedding.
