Can you custom build one from the ground up to match our vision if the seating chart already made isn't exactly what we want?

Yes we can! It will be a little more expensive than renting the board/boards we already have but we would be happy to custom build one that matches your vision and we can either rent it out to you still or it can be purchased!

Do you change out the initials, and date in the center ?

Yes! We change all of that for you and add your final seating chart on the plexiglass for you !

Question 3

Do you require a deposit upon booking ?

Yes we require a 30% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due one month prior to event date.

Do you accept payments ?

Yes! We want to work with our couples and make sure the process is simple and not so expensive all at once so we accept payments and will establish payment dates and how much with the couple. We are flexible.

At this time we are accepting Zelle only.

Will you guys be making more designs for the seating chart?

Yes! We are currently working on one right now! And we desire to make more designs in the future so that there’s a variety of options for customers to rent out!

What’s the process of booking with you ?

Accepted Answer

First you will inquire, once we review your date of the event, and how many guests you will have, we provide you a final quote. Once you accept and sign the contract/ give a 30% deposit, we then draft up your board on our software and send it to you so that you may see how it looks! We give you a couple of different font options that you can choose from for your seating chart on the plexiglass!

When do you need the final seating chart ?

We require your final seating chart to be sent to us 1 month prior to the event date ( the sooner the better) so that we may perfect your seating chart boards!
