I'm Chef Mia, a Portland-based private chef and founder of WildSpice Gourmet. I create globally inspired, seasonally driven dining experiences using fresh Pacific Northwest ingredients — customized to your vision, your guests, and your dietary needs. From intimate dinner parties to celebrations for up to 85 guests, I bring bold flavor and an unforgettable experience to every table.

Every menu is built around you — your tastes, your dietary needs, and the experience you want to create and remember. I specialize in elevating wholesome ingredients into luxuriously presented dishes, and I offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan specials that help guests savor the experience without compromising on flavor or elegance. What you get isn't just a meal, it's a culinary experience your guests will carry with them long after the evening ends.

    From our first conversation with Chef Mia at WildSpice Gourmet, we knew we had found the right caterer for our event. She listened carefully to what we envisioned for our menu and worked with us to create something truly special that reflected our tastes. Chef Mia sources from her own garden and hand-picks the freshest ingredients to craft a bespoke meal with layered, sophisticated flavors that change with the seasons. During the day of our event (Autumn season), the food was absolutely stunning—each dish felt carefully thought out and balanced perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how refined and thoughtful every bite was. We can't recommend WildSpice Gourmet highly enough for any couple looking for a caterer who genuinely cares about making their celebration memorable.

    Elevated, Intentional, Delicious

    I went to a 4-course dinner by Wildspice Gourmet and it was amazing from start to finish. Every dish had such unique flavor combinations and you could really taste the quality ingredients. Chef Mia is incredibly talented and it shows in every detail. Everything was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a special, elevated dining experience.
