The Asado Authority will bring the amazing experience of a great, deluxe steakhouse to your event. With an onsite grill, premium quality meats, fresh seafood, and ingredients all cooked to perfection by master grill chefs.

We offer a personalized steakhouse service that will set your wedding apart from the standard and regular weddings out there. We are flexible becuase we know weddings needs time and understanding. Your guests will love our onsite grill experience and always remember you.

This wedding happened on June 2022. The bride was from Italy and the groom was from Uruguay. They choose our package with onsite grill. We cooked for 60 guests. Everyone loved the food and Eleonora and Pablo will always remember that day.

The Chimichurri Everyone Loved

Yes, our minimum is 30 guests or $2300. We have the capabilities to cater events to up to 600 guests.

We offer food tastings for weddings for $250. The tasting fee is waived when you book your catering at the tasting.

For a small fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.

We will work with you to accommodate the menu to your needs.

We serve all of Miami, Broward, and Palm beach. Also, we can travel outside Florida for a small fee.

We are full service. We will look for the best options for you within your budget.

No Delivery fee within Miami, Broward, or Palm beach. We can travel outside Florida for a small fee.

We are on site for about 5 hours between set up, cooking, service and clean up. We will arrive two hours before food should be served. The prepare the grill and set up everything. The dinner service is around one hour more less. The breakdon and clean up takes anohter hour or so.

We are licensed and carry major liability insurance (COI).

We have different packages for you. We will work with you to perfect the menu for your event.

We only ask for a deposit to lock the date and schedule our best team. A payment plan will be set up to help you pay for your catering. You can make modifications to the menu and services until 2 weeks before the wedding. The final payment should be 2 days before the big day. Now, you can go and enjoy your honeymoon without worrying about paying your vendors.
