Megan contacted us and stated that she wanted Costa Rican food for her wedding. We were inspired by fresh latin flavors with zesty notes. The ceviche appetizer cups were an absolute hit, and very refreshing on such a hot day! We handled all the food from 3 apps to mains, and 1 dessert. We loved working with such an exclusive venue as Burning Sky and hope to be back! Thank you Megan & Ryan for trusting us!

Brisket
Pura Vida Catering exceeded all our expectations for our wedding day. The brisket they served was absolutely delicious - the meat was so tender and packed with flavor. Our guests raved about the high quality of the food, and many said it was the best catered meal they had ever had at a wedding. The Pura Vida team was also incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Next Level Service - Even for Vendors!
Xoshil and her team were AMAZING! Before the wedding, she was super communicative, and I knew we were on the same page before the event started. During the event, she and her team stepped in to assist with rapidly filling waters (on what was, I swear, the hottest day of the year - a guest or two may have gone down because of the heat). As a planner, it is not uncommon for me to grab a vendor plate and eat 3 bites because I'm running around on behalf of the couple and making sure everything's on time/everyone's where they need to be. Xoshil tracked me down more than once to either make sure I had a plan for dinner and once I finally sat down to eat, she made sure I had enough. It was a super kind gesture that did not go unnoticed. I CAN NOT WAIT to work with Pura Vida again!
