I have a boutique catering business specializing in upscale events for parties of 10 to 100. We offer an eclectic and elegant menu and put a high value on a natural, yet inventive presentation. I have been in business for myself for over 15 years and I have decades of experience in Food and Beverage. My first "aha moment" happened after seeing the movie Babettes Feast. That was over 30 years ago, and my heart remains in the same place.

I offer a very personalized service and work as the head Chef on 100% of my events. I only book up to one event (sometimes two) per weekend, and am able to offer an attention to detail for my clients. By limiting the number of events I do per year, I can devote all of my time to each client.

    Reliable! Always amazing! The only person we use.

    We've been fortunate to have found Dierdre ten years back... she has exceeded expectations for parties, graduations, other events, does it all, the food is amazing, her staff great. I can't recommend her highly enough.
