The Gingersnap Bakery was a fantastic choice for our wedding cake. From the start, their communication over email and phone was great, and my consultation with them over Zoom truly allowed them to capture my vision for the cake. The final product was amazing - the taste and decoration were exceptional, especially considering the very reasonable price. On the day of the wedding, they delivered the cake seamlessly, and afterward everyone was raving about how delicious and beautiful it was.
