My name is Branson and I am the Best Of State Winner in Utah. I have traveled to over 80 countries photographing and filming weddings in all corners of the globe. I also teach photography and videography to other creatives and am known for my timeless, romantic, and candid style.

I have proudly won Utah's Best Of State award. I specialize in the photojournalistic, candid approach to the wedding day. I have been featured on over 50 wedding magazines including People Magazine, ABC4 News, and BRIDES, showcasing my work and quality of product.

Branson and his team have been fantastic to work with from the start! We hired him for our daughter’s wedding. They did both photography and videography. The communication was great and he always responded in a timely manor. Excited to see all the pictures and videos!

Incredible Experience
When people say “Branson is the best,” they truly mean it. We recently received our wedding gallery and video, and I am completely blown away. I had a complicated timeline with lots of moving pieces—and of course, it rained on our wedding day. Branson adapted seamlessly. Even though we couldn’t take photos where we originally planned, he made sure everything still turned out absolutely stunning. He calmly held an umbrella, kept everyone grounded, and captured every moment beautifully. He worked effortlessly with me and our other vendors to ensure all of the special moments were both filmed and photographed. And when I tell you I sobbed uncontrollably watching our video—that is not an exaggeration. If you are on the fence about investing in photography and videography, this is your sign. Spend every dollar of your photo budget on Branson. The memories he captures are irreplaceable. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! I felt so heard and seen through the whole process. As someone who had a two day wedding he was so accommodating and everything ran smoothly with him being super prepared!! Him along with his videographer were also kind enough to cover our speeches for us at our dinner just out of the kindness of their hearts! The pictures along with the quality are amazing! I can’t wait to receive our wedding album and video back!"

Hiring the best of the best
If your wedding photos are not a priority, then there are cheaper options. But if you want a phenomenal experience with a photographer with experience, Branson Maxwell is the best choice! I was able to work 1 on 1 with him for my bridals and then again for my wedding day. Both times he and his team were professional, helpful, personable, while producing great work! Response time is quick and he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience; which was perfect for a neurotic bride like myself. Branson has a wealth of knowledge; from tips and tricks to locations from scheduling to prep. You really do get what you pay for and it was 1000% worth it!!
