My name is Arielle and I am the face behind Poppies Flour Shop! I have worked as a professional chef for some of the best restaurants in NJ during my 15 year career. I left the restaurant scene in 2023 to start my own custom cake business and relocated to Greer, SC and have been steadily growing my business. You may have seen me on Food Network. I placed second on my episode of Chopped and I placed third on my episode of Guy’s Grocery Games. My work has also been published in Pastry Arts Magazine.

I am a fully customizable cake company from flavors to design. With 15 years of professional kitchen experience you know you’re in good hands. As a one woman run small business I handle each wedding personally from start to finish. Looking forward to playing a small part in your big day!

    Best Wedding Cake and Memories!!!

    Poppies Flour Shop was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding cake and desserts. Ariel’s communication style was effective and easy - all I did was explain in an email what I roughly wanted (with some inspiration pictures) and let Ariel take it away from there. The quality of her work and value was exceptional. The cake was not only gorgeous and beautifully detailed, but delicious as well. We saved the top of the cake for ourselves for our anniversary, but our family ended up eating it that same weekend because it was so good that we had to order another small cake just for ourselves! We had a few too many drinks prior to our cake cutting, but it only made the experience all the more memorable. She was also the only vendor I could find that also had gluten free and dairy free options so we were able to order our wedding cake flavor in a dozen cupcakes for ourselves family members with allergies, which was so special for us. Ariel is also such a kind and personable vendor, and we have maintained contact and continued to support each other since our wedding over 1.5 years ago. I wish she still lived in NJ so we could continue ordering from her!!!

    Sugar Free Cupcakes

    Poppies Flour Shop provided the cupcakes for my mother’s birthday, and they were incredible!
