Hi everyone, I’m Brittany. Pinewood Baking is a one-man, or should I say woman show! I bake decorate, box, photograph, clean, advertise you name it! Pinewood Baking is a custom order dessert company located in SeaTac, Washington, and run out of my home. I am a fully licensed cottage home permit-run bakery (regulated by the Washington State Department of Agriculture). I am insured as well and can provide documentation for your venue.😊

I’m just a lady with a passion for baking and decorating! I feel so honored to be able to make your big days a little extra special by making some cute but most importantly tasty desserts. Every order you place supports my small business! And remember “A party without cake is really just a meeting”!

    Wedding cake was beyond perfect

    Pinewood Baking was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, their communication was incredibly positive and reassuring. They were honest about what they could provide and the value of their services, and the end result was truly perfect. The cake they created for us was not only beautiful, but also incredibly delicious - many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it.     Our Trek Ferry wedding

    Amazing dessert!

    We ordered a 3 tier cake, and 100 cupcakes in assorted flavors from Pinewood Baking. It was easy to book everything through them and the cake was soooooo good! They delivered and set up everything beautifully at our venue. Would definitely recommend for all your wedding dessert needs.

    Delicious and Beautiful cake, and great service!

    We hired Pinewood Baking for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by the experience we had. Brittany, the owner/baker, was extremely kind and communicative. She worked with us to ensure we had the exact cake we wanted for our wedding. It tasted amazing, and the cake was decorated to match our wedding colors perfectly - with flowers and all! We also ordered about 90 cupcakes for our guests and they turned out amazing as well, in both taste and look. Brittany hand-delivered the cake and cupcakes and even coordinated with our wedding caterer to ensure the cake and cupcakes were stored and set up exactly how we wanted them to be. All in all, we had a 10/10 experience with Pinewood Baking, and will absolutely recommend them to all of our friends and family for future weddings/events.
