Marsh & Mallow Co.
Marsh & Mallow Co.’s mission is to create memories that last long after the marshmallows melt. Rod & Freddie have a love for the events community and clients, experiential catering, and a perfectly crafted s’more - whatever that means to you! We’ve got years of experience in roasting s’mores, part of the LGTBQ+ & Latinx communities, and thrilled to serve s’mores whenever you need us! We cannot wait to be a part of your big day, corporate event, family gathering and more!
We’re working with the perfect mix of product, sourced mostly from the West Coast! All of our offerings are gluten free, and our grahams are produced in a certified gluten free facility. Our marshmallows are corn syrup free, contain beef gelatin, and are available in a variety of seasonal and year round flavors. We use 70% dark chocolate that comes from Portland based Woodblock Chocolate, and is made from cocoa beans and sugar. 50 s’mores is our minimum, anything under 100 s’mores is $11 per s’more. This does NOT include gratuity, mileage, upgrades, or any vendor referral/community hero discounts. Cart upgrade: $200 — 30 extra minutes of serve time, a 4th flavor, more decor options, set up before guests arrive (huge perk!), physical cart.

A Sweet Experience, every time!
We work with Marsh and Mallow Co all the time and can vouch for not only how easy it is to work with Rod and Freddie, but the quality and personalization of the experience. The s'mores are delish, their customer service superb, and their carts are an awesome touch to any event. Just book them already!

Amazing S’mores and Service!
Marsh & Mallow Co are professional, friendly and create a unique experience. The s’mores they create are so much more than your typical campfire s’more.Customized menu’s add a personal touch relating back to the couple. Delicious s’mores & amazing customer service
I booked Marsh & Mallow for my daughter’s 6th birthday party and it was a huge hit! They were amazing and custom made names and signage that matched her theme and we got to pick our s’mores flavors. Communication, timely, quality and customer service was amazing!
